The food at Chapter One is top notch and very creative. The service is very attentive and not the least bit interruptive. This may be the very best restaurant in Ireland. I highly recommend Chapter One for a special occasion.

From the moment you are greeted to when they bid au revoir you are well treated. The food is excellent although a little sparse. Overall one of the better fine dining in Dublin and well recommended.
