Went there for a meal with a large number Split over 2 tables in our own section. Food was very good. Quite a bit of choice and with some gluten free options. There weren't listed but staff were happy to advise which dishes were suitable on request. Even though there were 17 of us in our party and the restaurant... More

Went to Roly's when attending the Ireland Rugby match. There was about 20 of us and the Bistro was full to capacity with Rugby fans. The Service was fantastic considering how busy the place was. The food was great - we had three lovely courses followed by coffee and tea. A short walk to the stadium made this a very... More

Went to Roly's Bistro last night as part of their 25th Anniversary Special Dinner celebration. As we celebrated our own 25th Anniversary on February 14th it was an extra special night. Food served was priced at 1992 prices. We are regulars to Roly's and I must say they always excel themselves in their food quality, service, attention to detail in... More

We went here tonight as Rolys had a celebration menu where all the menu was priced at 1992 prices . Who could resist Starters was prawn cocktail and I had spiced fish cakes. Mains filet steak and my wife had salmon . Well presented and good sides . Desert good also . What else would you be doing on a... More

I visited with my wife and son for breakfast on a Tuesday morning and had a very enjoyable breakfast. The full Irish was delicious and apparently the eggs benedict was the best ever. With coffee and toast included with the full Irish, and free top ups of coffee, it was a very enjoyable experience in pleasant surroundings at a reasonable... More

I was staying nearby and fancied something different for dinner so I looked at what was good nearby on TripAdvisor - Roly's was within a few metres and highly recommended so I thought I'd try it out. As a solo visitor I was very lucky to get a table without a booking as every seat was full! I had the... More

My husband and I were home to celebrate my sisters significant birthday, Rolys is her favourite restaurant. I requested a birthday cake when booking and they asked for her name. We four arrived and the staff were very attentive and looked after us well. Nothing was too much trouble. We had starters of deep fried egg with black pudding and... More

Arrived with no booking and were seated fairly swiftly. Was surprised and reassured to see how busy the place was for a Wednesday night. The restaurants name had resinated with me and i remembered it was well thought of in the late 80's. The menu was fairly promising but nothing special. Was a little anxious as the price for main... Restaurant was very very busy but we were treated as important guests. Food was excellent and well presented. Offer of different types of bread was very nice at the start of the meal. We used vouchers, but found that the add-on's made it very expensive. I suppose it's D4, and to be expected!
