Visited this spot a few years ago and just realized I never reviewed it. We stayed at the attached hotel (The Harding Hotel), and found the food and beer to be absolutely excellent (they have a good balance of craft and macro beer). The trad music and staff totally rounded out the experience. I would definitely recommend this bar, and... More

From the accents it sounded like a place for tourist, and even so the food was good, the prices were on par and there was no end to the different types of whisky or beer. The chocolate Guinness desert was a real nice surprise! We enjoyed it that we ate there twice

Darkey Kellys is a bar with history. But the history comes second to a good pint of Guinness and some live music of an evening. Worth a look if you are in the neighbourhood

This was a favorite pub in Dublin. A very relaxing and authentic, not touristy environment. The food was great and the prices were reasonable. Would highly recommend for adults, couples, and families.

Beer selection A+. Whiskey and cocktails A+. Fish n chips A+. Staff A+. Had a great time on A Friday night. Not jam packed for dinner. Locals watching rugby while house band played nice Irish music. After 10:30 the younger crowd came in but still a nice mix of young and old. Really a super place. Not a dance club... More

The is in harding hotel. The food is wonderful, we love the seafood chowder and the salmon and shrimp sandwiche. The music is very nice. They have a lot of tip of beer.

We had the best night of our trip here. The music was excellent - the bands started at 4pm and the artistes changed every couple of hours. The atmosphere was such fun and there are plenty of locals in there so you get a proper Irish experience

Spent the weekend in Dublin and this was hands down the best pub in the city. Fantastic atmosphere, friendly staff and great food and drink. My partner and I had a few drinks in here on the Saturday night which we ended up staying longer than we were planning as the music, atmosphere and quality of drinks were fantastic. Went... More

Thankfully our tour guide gave us the heads up on this pub because it was by far the best pub food we had in Dublin. It's off the beaten path from the Temple Bar pubs and shopping district pubs so I am fairly certain I would not have given this a visit without our guide (a local) saying this was... More

The food was pretty decent. I had the fish n chips, my husband and son had the burgers, we did order the wings as an appetizer, the wings were the hit...my fish n chips were good, my husband and son liked their burgers. But the problem was the service. Our waitress, an elderly lady, did not smile. Not once. We... More
