I ate here with a friend, and it was our first restaurant experience post lockdown! It was so amazing, staff were super Covid compliant and did everything to make it a safe but enjoyable experience. Food was exquisite and the outdoor terrace is so beautifully...laid out. I thought I was in the south of Italy!! Will 100% be back. Thanks to everyone at Maria’s for a lovely night.More

Had an early dinner at 4pm today with my mum, brother and sister. First time back in ages but I’m so glad we chose Mario’s today. Starters of golden fried mozzarella, garlic mushrooms and bruschetta were all shared around and all were delicious. Mains, Isabella...pizza, chicken tagliatelle and chicken parm, all also delish and don’t get me started on the strawberry panacotta and Eton mess. Safe to say we rolled out of the restaurant perfectly stuffed. Our wait staff couldn’t do enough for us and fully helped with special pasta side orders and dish queries we had. A couple of glasses of wine and some coffees finished our meal off perfectly! Lovely family spot, an Italian restaurant with Italian staff who have an obvious love of authentic food. I won’t leave it so long next time...(oh and all Covid procedures in place so we felt perfectly safe). Highly recommended, nice Albariño too!More

I went to the restaurant last week and and it wasn’t the best of experiences. It was the first time my family and I went to a restaurant after quarantine. I was expecting a better atmosphere. My wife and I ordered a carbonara and it...didn’t reach our expectations as the sauce itself wasn’t the best.More

Visited with my family this evening, two adults two children. I consider myself a bit of a foodie and am mostly disappointed with places. The ravioli I had here this evening from the specials was Devine, my husbands lamb ragu was excellent and a simple...but nice and reasonably priced kid menu. Lovely new renovation of the space also. I'd recommend based on this evening.More

We dropped in without reservation on a quiet Monday evening and were delighted with what we found. Traditional Italian menu with a good range of choice. The service was friendly and attentive and did not pressure us to buy alcohol to go with the meal,...as so often happens. The atmosphere was very much of a welcoming neighbourhood eatery, We will be going again.More

Wonderful visit to a great restaurant, the staff were very friendly and the food was very very good. It was a very busy pre Christmas evening but the service was seamless and very quick. Everything arrived as ordered and we were both delighted with our...choices. We found a gem and will be back again soon.More

A group of 8 of us had dinner in Marios. Orders taken after 45 minutes, starters arrived one hour later, no main course served for 3 of the group, coffees arrived before deserts.

Really enjoyed the atmosphere and food here. Waiter was really friendly and great host! The menu has a great selection! The brushetta was really nice & the Arrabiata was really nice also! Wings are extremely spicy! Can’t wait to go back! Would love to try...the Chicken skewer with grilled veg next time!More
