I had to leave a review for this place as the flavour was just amazing. I got the Syrian halloumi wrap with garlic sauce and the potato hara. I would order the exact same meal again as it was really delicious but also looking forward...to trying the labneh and tabbouleh another time too. The sauce ok the wrap was delicious, I think it was the pomegranate juice and the potatoes were really tasty. Really impressed with this place . My first time getting it and already can't wait for the next time!More
I came by there to grab a falafel today. It wasn't the first time. It is a nice place with good food. After eating i stayed there for a hour, attending my online class. I thought it was fine because the place was completely empty...and i wasn't bothering them at all. Then the owner came by telling me to leave because it is not allowed to sit after lunch more than 30 minutes. He's been rude and unpolite. And as i can see in other reviews this is not the first time that somebody complains about that. I will never get back again. Shame because the food is really delicious. Besides that he didn't ask for covid pass either and toilet was unasable. They don't accept cash as well anywayMore
I looked forward to visiting this restaurant, the photos looked lovely. However I was greatly disappointed. We asked for the grilled fish and we were told that they didn’t have any, this wasn’t a problem until we tried to order the falafel and to my...shock a restaurant named “Falafel” did not have any falafels! These were not the only dishes that were unavailable as we were told that 2 other dishes were not available either. Once we ordered drinks we waited a long time for them to be brought to us, which was strange since the restaurant was dead quite. We sat there for a good few minutes glancing at the waitress wrapping cutlery instead of bringing our drinks, which were just refrigerated beverages. Service wasn’t very good at all. The waitress was very unprofessional and seemed quite lazy, as if she would rather be anywhere else but there. Even the cook seemed disinterested and unbothered. The food itself was fine and well presented, the bread was tasty and the chilli sauce complimented the food very well. However it was the atmosphere and service that brought the whole thing down. In short, this place is in dire need of good management.More
We had gorgeous falafel wraps from here recently, baba ganoush was lovely as were the baklava. A bit more salad in wrap would have been good but I’ll mention that next time, which will be soon! Vine leaves also were delish. Happy happy!
Great place for a quick bite. Their falafel wraps are freshly cooked and delicious and only cost €5 at lunchtime. The staff are also very friendly and attentive. We will definitely return during our next trip to Dublin!
I stopped here for lunch and had the Palestinian Falafel with flatbread and salad. Not only was it a very healthy portion it tasted amazing. The service was attentive and the restaurant felt authentic.
I’ve been following their Instagram account for a while and my mouth was dripping every time ! So, when we were looking for a place to eat in Temple Bar area I didn’t think twice and we looked for this place. We were lucky to...find a table as it was Sunday afternoon! Beautiful food , straight forward grilled meats with salads , great hummus and babaganoush ! Gorgeous baclava and Turkish coffee ! Try it , you won’t regret it !More
Stumbled over this place and thought we would stop for a snack. The staffwere amazing and one a pure showman. Go to the toilet too for the full experience. Just a pure joy to visit and brought a smile or two on our faces.
