Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Excellent traditional Irish breakfast. The staff is really nice and friendly. Most of the customers are tourists but you still feel the Irish mood.

Perfect spot to grab your breakfast while visiting the city. All of the staff are friendly, giving recommendations to tourists during slow periods. Alan is too funny, and the food has been great! Will definitely be coming back again.

The most welcoming cafe in Ireland. Just arrived off a boat at 6am, absolutely drenched and were welcomed in to a warm coffee. Very accommodating and even gave us a few pointers of good pubs to visit. 10/10 would recommend for a place to go...in the early hours.More

At first glance, it looks a little modest, but it's actually a very nice restaurant. I recommend having breakfast here if you're on a budget, because the prices are really low.

We came here just before heading onto a tour of the castle. There was only one table outside, so we grabbed it quick. Service was prompt and the waiter very friendly, friendly enough to talk me into getting an Irish coffee at 10am. Food was...amazing and kept us going for most of the day. I can see why this is so highly rated.More
