I have no words of praise to sum up our beautiful lunch today. From the minute we arrived until our departure, was outstanding. The food was sublime and the flavour profile to each dish was sublime. Thank

Been here 3 times can't say a bad word about it. Food was fantastic had black pudding starter. Beef for main and a cheese.board and a bailys coffee all excellent. Wonderful staff and chef. Then into Mulligans for a few pints of Guinness. 100% great...nightMore
The taste of the food was great. But they forgot the baked parmezan in the starter, and the beef in the main was very bloody and was not tender, even threads in it. I didnt finish it. They did give me a discount but sorry...mate that does not mean I wont do an honest review. The staff was very friendly and the location stylish but very small.More
The menu has changed, only 3 choice now. Very disappointing meal and gone pricey too. Used to be one of our favourite spots. Bring back risotto, chowder, lamb shank.....quality of food not the same
I have been going to this restaurant for years and have never had a bad meal and saturday was no exception. I was bringing my dad for dinner to celebrate his birthday and we had the most wonderful evening. the scallops were divine, the steak...was to die for and the gorgonzola dessert was lovely. Mostly new staff since the last time i was here but they were very friendly and on top of everything. Vintage kitchen is a perfect little spot. Yes its a little small but it has a huge heart.More
It was my first time in Dublin and in mullingans when w we felt peckish, it was 330 the kitchen had closed they had been full for lunch and were full for dinner, but still the staff very kindly said they could do us a quick...main course. The food was amazing the staff were so friendly and I just loved the feel of the restaurant. It was so refreshing to hear how the staff talked about the restaursnt with such pride I'm sure the owner head chef would feel proud of them. Can't wait to come back to Dublin and eat here again it's a must for any foodie.More
Very rarely post reviews but had to after a fabulous meal with friends in Vintage Kitchen. Been meaning to go for ages and well worth the wait. Small restaurant, gorgeous decor, fantastic music in background. All set a brilliant backdrop for the food which was...absolutely delicious. All my friends blown away too. We’re already booked in again for Christmas.More
Food was amazing! Menu was simplified but definitely not basic. 12 days in Europe and the best meal we experienced (and that is saying a lot). Reservation is a must have.
Really great food and for the quality excellent value. It is a small restaurant but space overall is fine. The dining time for 3 courses is 2 hours which is fine. We didn’t feel rushed.
Small restaurant with great ambiance, food and service. You select one starter, one main and one dessert. My husband and I both ordered different things and everything was outstanding! It was a little pricey but from the service to the great team work in the...kitchen (the place is small so you see the kitchen) and the food, it was perfection!More
First of all, the seating was very cramped, we were down near the kitchen and toilets and had people squeezing past the back of us during the whole meal. The courses came out quick and fast and they seemed to be rushing us. Vegetarian options...were just very poor. The starter was a ball of goats cheese with a few bits around the side, and the vegetarian main was basically the same thing, a ball of cheese with some pastry crust underneath it. If someone is a veggie why would they want the same thing for starters and mains? Steak main wasn't bad, but you basically get a bit of steak with nothing else, a few garnishes really. My Dad had the fish and that looked like the best meal, it was actually substantial. I wont be going back, 65 euros is waaaay too expensive for what you get, and they don't do BYO any more. You need to up your game VK.More
Cosy little restaurant with a 3 course set menu. The food was lovely! A different take on the seafood chowder which was very tasty! The staff was friendly and attentive but it felt a bif rushed at times. We would have preferred the option of...choosing 2 courses out of three as we don't usually have dessert, and the portions were quite big for a 3 course menu.More
Food was good.Table was booked for 5pm.Restaurant had 4 other clients in at time- v quiet. From 6.40 onwards we were harassed to leave our table for next sitting. It specified on booking that table was for 2 hours.Female waitress was particularly rude towards us and adamant...that table was needed even though it was before 7pm.More
The best spot for dinner in Dublin. Absolutely amazing food, I had the goats cheese and then my partner and I shared the Surf and Turf. I would say this is the one place you need to visit in Dublin, the food was incredible, you...can watch the chef's prepare everything, the service was excellent and very friendly. Cannot fault.More
This was the best meal I had in my week and a half traveling through Ireland. It's pre-fixe style (65 euros pp), and everything is top-notch. Our starters stole the show. My Cajun seafood chowder was the best chowder we've ever had (and I had...chowder almost every day in Ireland). Just bursting with flavor and perfectly cooked seafood. My husband's prawn risotto was similarly the best risotto we've ever had. I didn't know risotto could even taste that good. Both portions were huge, and we were full after our first course. Our mains were good but not quite as amazing as the starters. My lamb shank was perfectly cooked but not the best I had in Ireland. My husband did love his fish dish, which came with some kind of truffle sauce. Unusual but tasty. We were too full for dessert, but the desserts coming out of the kitchen looked mighty good. We loved the ambience inside. While it's a small restaurant and space is tight, we loved getting to watch the chefs at work in the open kitchen. Make a reservation (you'll need it), and come hungry!More
