This place advertises the best hot chocolate in Dublin. I am not sure if that is true but is definately fabulous. Very friendly staff offering a warm welcome and gorgeous cakes.

We called in for a cup of coffee this cold November morning and we delighted to see some very appetising cakes on the counter. When we ordered a couple of latte coffees and some of the chocolate and carrot cakes not only were they brought to our table in no time at all, but both cakes each came with a... More

Visited this shop on the 11th and the 12th and had an orange hot chocolate and a mint hot chocolate. Enjoyed both and treated myself to some chocolates as well. Lovely little place and staff were very friendly. Would visit again xx

We stumbled on The Sweetest Thing while in Dublin. I had a fantastic savoury croissant with roasted pepper and spinach and my wife had a sweet pear Danish. Both were lovely and the coffee was fantastic and we liked it so much, we went back the next day!!

The chocolate cake is amazing. May seem pricey but it is worth it. From the outside it does not seem much but we were blown away with the service Toilet was a bit of a let down. Required cleaning.

Been walking from Ha penny bridge crossing the Liffey and spotted this small cosy cafe. Guinness hot chocolate and a warm chocolate covered muffin 14.80 for 2. Bargain Very attentive and friendly staff. They could not do enough to spoil us. This cafe is great for a warm up and sugar rush.

Regretted going here. Ugh. It was so expensive and just average treats. Look for the nearby donut shops. So much better and 1/3 of the cost. Sorry but this was a disappointment.

This was one of the best coffee shops I've ever been to! I loved their hot chocolate and their divine chocolate cake! If in Dublin you really must go there! They have it all - great drinks, tasty desserts and super friendly and accommodating staff! If I happen to be in Dublin again I'll sure as hell come back!

Pleasant staff, clean toilet, very chocolatey menu 👍🏽 🎂 I had banoffee pie with ice cream for €5.50 & a free tap water. Pleasant enough place but the view is the wall by the river & busy traffic. Near main O'Connell street
