Great pub, good Guinness and full of character and atmosphere (especially when the Rugby's on). Highly recommend.

If you're staying anywhere near Stephen's Green, then stroll to SEARSONS of an evening. It's about a 20 minute walk, but once you get there, you'll be glad for the stroll. The front bar is lively, sports oriented and "business-class boisterous"...whereas if you ask for a table in the back (or in the patio in summer) the level is more... More

Got to Searsons early on the final day of the 6 nations to get a good spot. No big screens were down yet, so we asked the staff which screens would be showing the game. They pointed us to one, and we got a table in front of it. First game started and there was no big screen! We asked... More

Visited twice during our stay in Dublin. Great place to get a drink. Lots of locals especially the first night we visited enjoying drinks after work. Food was good, you'll get better food in a restaurant, but would order dinner there again if the opportunity arose. Great place to grab a drink and relax.

This is one of my favorite bar/restaurants in Dublin. I love to drop in on a Sunday morning for breakfast, have a leisurely read of the newspapers and take in the traditional atmosphere. i have been here many times mornings, evenings and even the odd match day. Service is top class, clean and airy with great bar food. Highly recommend this... More

Great pub to go for a pint and appetisers on a match day or on a casual after work. Good service, friendly staff, a huge variety of beers and many screens to keep anyone entertained. Extremely crowded whenever a big match or festive date is on. Definitely good craic.

We enjoyed reasonably priced, delicious food here on a few visits during our recent holiday. Staff could not be more friendly - suggested we might like seats away from the door (on a cold evening) without us even asking. It's a mixed crowd of locals and tourists of all ages - quite busy on the weekend, but everyone seems to... More

A group of us went to Searsons for drinks on a Thursday night with the intention of not having food. We were glad we had reserved an area because even at 6 pm, it was jam-packed! Loved the fact it was busy, good older crowd, enough space so it didn't feel like we were on top of each other. We... More

There were a total of 8 of us including 2 children. Staff was helpful & food was delicious. Some ordered fish & chips, lamb shank, soup of the day and Irish stew. No complaints, but quite delighted with everything. Jazz music was playing and that was wonderful.
