We came to dinner the night of New Year's Eve and besides a special New Year's menu with sparkling drinks to toast, wine, first, second and desserts for 89€ per couple....you could choose from carte, which was our option. We also went with a vegetarian companion and had a menu with different vegetarian options (picture of pasta, very good). The food was very good, especially fish & chips and burgers and dessert, highly recommended cheesecake. We also tried Guinness bread and of course to drink, Guinness beer. 6 people we play at 35€ per head. The workers are very attentive and friendly and the atmosphere very good!

Chosen mostly for the proximity to our hotel which turned out to be great. Local rather quaint, not particularly frequented by tourists, with friendly and kind staff. A large ceasar salad, fish and chips, two rockshore beers for a total of about 47 €.

Such an excellent idea to serve a fillet steak on a super hot stone 🤎 You really can prepaire it as you wish! Tender, medium.... with flavoured butter, pepper sauce etc.... so yammy. Even better than my own recepies 👌

We have been to The Lott’s Cafe numerous times over many years and I can truly say this was the worst ever. I’m very sorry to say, nothing was good on this visit. We ordered our first drink and it never came. My husband Had to go to bar. We Ordered food from a different waitress . Steak sandwich on ciabatta and pasta with chicken and chorizo in a spicy tomato sauce. So firstly 3 lumps of cold steak on a French stick (not ciabatta) cold lettuce, tomato and onion….. not typically what you would get on a steak sandwich . No chorizo in the pasta dish , and not one bit spicy. I had to go to the bar for the black peeper and Parmesan. Both dishes Luke warm. Really sorry to have this review, but also unfortunately we also overheard customers beside us who ordered a pornstar Martina…. No Prosecco, no passion fruit. This was not my memory of the last time we were in the Lotts cafe. But unfortunately we have to be honest . On a plus side, the beers, wine and spirits were so very reasonably priced considering how central and how close to temple bar , where the prices are astronomical . Very sorry for the negativity

Excellent fixed menu. Meat, side dish and wine (or beer) at a fixed price. Meat of exceptional quality. The portions are generous. You pay €49.00 per couple. The only discordant note, a supplement of two euros for a drop of oil on the meat (in my opinion excessive and not due).

This place, just outside the crowded Temple Bar area, is the perfect place for a meat-based dinner.
We arrived without a reservation and were immediately welcomed into the room by the very kind waiters.
Taking advantage of the weekend promotion and at the suggestion of some customers, we tried the famous Sirloin Steak on The Stone, i.e. meat served on the hot stone so that we decide how cooked it should be, accompanied by potatoes and other vegetables and 3 sauces.
What to say! the meat was very tender and delicious!
We highly recommend this place!

This place was recommended to us so we booked a table and actually couldn’t wait, the reviews online were that good.
We showed up to a really cool place, old but nice, the smell was a great sign that we were in for a good dinner here.
There only seemed to be two waitresses working, one of them showed us to a table and after ten or so minutes we had to remind her that we were there, ‘I’ll be over in two secs to take your order’ she said. Fine, we didn’t want to become annoying so we waited for her to come back.
The minutes ticked by, others arrived for dinner and stared getting served no issues, we started to get a bit concerned about this but it was a busy night so we cut them some slack.
While they were running about these waitresses looked over right at us but completely ignored us after that, the food came for everyone else but we couldn’t even place an order.
Eventually our patience ran out and we left, having never got to try the apparently amazing food, really not sure what the issue was.
Shame really as this place seems to have a good reputation, we went to a place called Flanagans and had an excellent (and cheaper) dinner.

I recently dined at [Lotts Pub] and had an outstanding experience that I couldn't wait to share. The highlight of my meal was the perfectly cooked steak, which was tender, juicy, and bursting with flavor. Each bite was a delight!
I must give a big credit to the wonderful service provided by Zara and Gosia. They were attentive, friendly, and made sure that every aspect of our meal was perfect. Their recommendations were spot on and added to the overall enjoyment of the evening.
If you're looking for a place to enjoy a fantastic steak with top-notch service, I highly recommend [lotts pub]. I can't wait to return!

Had a lovely meal here on multiple occasions. The chicken fajitas are lovely, the steak is lovely and I enjoyed the coddle that had delicious pudding served on the side too, brown soda bread 10/10.
Staff very friendly. Good value and good lunch deals too.

Over the past few years we’ve visited Dublin a number of times and always try our best to fit a visit to The Lotts in to our plans.
We usually visit as a couple but this time we were with family, we told them how fabulous the place was and we were not let down.
As always the staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, the food was to die for and the value for money was just amazing! We all had the steaks that were cooked perfectly and the wine that’s included in the deal was great.
We will definitely be visiting again as I’m sure the family members we took will.

The Lotts cafe Bar is a little hidden gem off Liffey street, we attend here frequently for the "Steak on the Stone" omg if you haven't visited this pub well please put it on your list. The staff are very attentive, very relaxed place as we attend with kids and we have always enjoyed our time here. If you go here order the steak bit the Salmon & cabonara is also delicious 😋

The service was quick and efficient. The steaks although sirloin were great cuts and very tasty served with a side salad and Mashed potatos. They have a midweek special 2 steaks, 2 Salads and a bottle of wine for €39,00. A great choice for a quick but hardy meal.

Had an excellent meal at Lotts. Delicious steaks brought on a hot plate which you cook yourself at the table. Very tasty. Friendly service and good value. Only reason for 4 rather than 5 is the wine wasn’t great but you don’t come to Dublin for the wine!

Great pub restaurant with a good menu. We went on a Saturday night and it was very busy but we had reserved a table so we were shown to a table and browsed the menu whilst enjoying a drink.
We both chose the steak on a stone and this was perfect! We could cook to our liking , and that was part of the enjoyment
