my boyfriend and i went here last night and we only stayed 5 minutes before we left. we were so uncomfortable, they had 20 people squeezed into their tiny terrace with space for 2 more outside. the staff were rude and couldn’t understand why we...weren’t comfortable in the situation. we felt unsafe, it was outside of the covid regulations for level 3.More

Went to Alvesuvios last night for dinner- well equipped for social distancing, tables were well spaced to keep customers separate, hand sanitizers at the door, staff were wearing masks and visors. Spotlessly clean. We were served by Raul and Martha - couldn’t recommend the place...highly enough - the food was amazing and the service was great- a must for great Italian meal in the city centre.More

Went there for dinner recently and was absolutely delighted with the service the food and the decor. We were welcomed by Martha a fantastic waitress who can speak fluently French, Italian and English and was a real pleasure who looked after us very well. I...would really recommend it the starters, meat ( veal dish and steak dish) as well as pizzas were fantastic and delicious. Would highly recommend, when things get back to normal again.More

Nice little Italian restaurant located off the beaten track in Temple Bar. Extensive menu and generous portions. The pizza in particular is of good quality. Very friendly and attentive staff. My only small complaint would be that the drinks were very expensive - €9 for...a bottle of beer and €1.50 for filtered water which is essentially tap water. I did however notice they seem have an early set menu that included a glass of wine. Good value for Temple Bar. Worth a visit.More

Called in with a Groupon on Wednesday evening. 2 courses for 2 people for €30, great value. Had the Mozarella croquettes to start and the Salvatore pizza for main. Very good quality food. Surroundings are good and staff very attentive - my only complaint would...be that the tables are very close together.More
