Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

This cafe was a little bit of a walk from the centre but well worth it.We ordered the regular breakfast with no black or white pudding, it came with 3 big sausages, bacon, egg, tomato, mushrooms, baked beans and toast. It was cooked well and...lasted us the whole day. We had a cappuccino afterwards. The staff were really pleasant and helpful and the cost was very very reasonable. I would thoroughly recommend this establishment when visiting Dublin.More

Myself and my daughter Google the best places to eat in Dublin and it certainly didn't disappoint. Beautiful artwork, the owner and sister are very gifted artists and the art is abundant in the cafe , it's great to look at. There is also some...inclusive bits and bats. The food is very very good, they must have a very good chef. We will definitely go again if we are in DublinMore

Breakfast in Dublin. Been here for 4 days and this is the third establishment we have been too. So glad we didn’t go back to the first one which is just down the road from here. This has a very home from home feel to...the set up is very nice. They play a low level of background music to set the mood. The staff on the counter are very welcoming and friendly, the chef even came out and said hi when passing by. The food was ace if u want a fry up then this is what ur gonna get. If ur in the area support this local business. Stay away from McDonalds and other franchises. You won’t regret it.More

Looking through trip advisor after a great session on the Liffey water, we came across this lovely inclusive cafe. As we went in it was jammed packed. We were warmly welcomed by Michael, who asked how many to which was the 4 of us. Give...it a few minutes and there will be a table was his reply. He was true to his word and we ordered 4 The Big breakfasts. Within 5 minutes we had toast and not long after the feast arrived. Proper bacon, sausages mushrooms beans black & white pudding egg and a pancake. Unbelievable quality and for 10.50€ a bargain. It was well worth the walk from the other side of the Liffey where we were staying. Do yourself a favour, pop in and say high to Michael and the guys. See you again soon. SláinteMore

We were a party of five with a wheelchair. They were able to squeeze us in and there was a safe space for the wheelchair outside. Beautiful breakfast, the sausage was amazing! It filled me up that I didn’t need to eat until I returned...home that evening. Thoroughly recommend. The food and staff were exemplary. Thank you!More

Called in for a late breakfast. Place was really busy but it was worth the short wait. We had two small fry’s and teas. We didn’t have to wait long tea and toast service quickly followed by our fry. Very tasty sausages and thick bacon,...egg and beans were delicious. We returned the next day and the guy even remembered my husband had brown sauce with his fry. Will definitely return in our next visit to Dublin.More

Tried this place after reading good reviews on Tripadvisor. Small cafe with friendly attentive staff. Food was served quickly and the regular Irish breakfast was more than sufficient and set me up nicely for the day! Seemed like good local produce had been used. Good...value for money for central Dublin too!More

Found this fab cafe through trip advisor and made it our go to for breakfast every morning. Whilst I'm a toast and jam girl, hubby munched his way through an extremely large Irish cooked breakfast each morning. Excellent food, brown Irish toast and jam is...a current favourite of mine. Great coffee and Earl grey tea and can recommend sandwiches too. Welcoming staff and going to miss you guys!More

Very friendly cafe with exceedingly tasty breakfast. Had been elsewhere in Dublin the day previous due to Lovinspoon being closed on Mondays and had been disappointed. Was worth the wait. Very flavoursome breakfast, not dry at all, served with a smile. We reckoned the only...reason there wasn’t a queue out the door is it’s slightly out of the main part of the city centre. Would definitely recommendMore

I was here for lunch and had a hearty healthy soup of the day and delicious chicken and leek pie. My companion had a breaded hake main course and the soup. I've only ever had breakfast here before which was excellent and now having had...lunch I can't recommend the Loving Spoon enough.More
