I have been to this restaurant/Pub/Disco and we had an amazing time eating tapas and drinking beer. The ambient is amazing with really good music. Staff is also really friendly and made sure we were being looked after at all times. I could not recommend...this place enough!More

My work colleague recommended 37 Dawson Street to my boyfriend and I. Upon arrival we were amazed at the really cool decor and amazing atmosphere. We got 5 tapas dishes between the two of us (Patatas Bravas, Gambas Pil Pil, Sweet Potato Wedges, Quesadillas and...Calamari). The food came within fifteen minutes and was easily the best tapas we’d ever had! Also super affordable too - which often isn’t the case with tapas. The service was so friendly (much like the rest of Dublin)! There’s also a huge range of drinks thanks to the many bars. Thank you 37 Dawson Street, it’s safe to say we definitely will be returning!More

Came in here on Sunday afternoon after the rugby for some chill out time and it definitely delivered. Such lovely comfy chairs and beautiful decor - would probably have been unrecognisable the previous night (!) but based on this experience, we will return. Food was...good without being overpriced. Lovely staff and great loos!More

In December myself and colleagues booked Christmas lunch here on recommendation from previous visitors from 2018 lunch. We had high expectations but unfortunately it was a disaster. We were left sitting there for 30 minutes (even though we were the only ones there) before someone...came to ask if we wanted to order. We weren’t asked how we wanted steak cooked then when we specified it was cooked wrong - we were told we’d have to take them anyway. Items on the set menu weren’t available and waitress didn’t know what the replacement options were. There was no atmosphere and food came out cold and had to be returned. Plates were taken as people finished - although nobody was asked - rather than when everyone had finished a course which meant there was people leaning across us on a number of occasions. We asked about cocktail menus as per the menu on the table and were told - go to the bar we don’t have one. Immediately after attending we were asked to give a review - which we did and were told the manager would get back to us. Nothing since despite a number of emails. Very poor customer service. I wouldn’t recommend - especially during the Christmas season.More

We just popped into 37 Dawson Street by chance for lunch. It was really lovely and cosy and the decor amazing. The tapas food was delicious with so much choice on the menu. Our waitress was so helpful and nice. Would definitely recommend this restaurant....Oh and the coffee was the best I’ve had in a long time (expresso)More

I was out with friends recently to chat, catch up and have a few drinks. We met up in 37 Dawson Street. The pub is ok but the music was played so loudly as to be painful on the ears. It was impossible to hold...a conversation without speaking very close to another persons ear so it was only possible to speak to one person at a time. When I brought it to the attention of the barman I was told "if I didn't like it I should try another pub" Unfortunately we had to stay in the pub since we had arranged to meet others there and had no way of contacting them to make other arrangements. My ears were ringing for days afterwardsMore

I was part of a large group following a Graduation. Bar staff were excellent under extreme crowd pressure. You have to see the elaborate decor on all walls. Different! Great atmosphere. Staff struggled to ensure platters were distributed to all the areas but when it...arrived, food was hot and tasty. A “cool” place and as we were leaving, a band was setting up. Great venue.More
