Celt offers a great traditional Irish food. The staff is somewhat friendly, but the food and drinks made up for it! In a good area for shopping and walking around as well.

So sorry karen I am only seeing this question now, there is a French restaurant next door, they would serve vegetarian food, once again my apologies.
