Quick, easy, reliable and tasty.
I needed something quick before a meeting and it was also early lunchtime so I went for the breakfast croissant. Included bacon and cheese in the croissant and some tasty crisps came with it too! It was very good. I’m looking forward to going back. And I won’t be rushing the next time.
A nice coffee too!

This was the best breakfast we had in three weeks of travel in Europe. It was very delicious. I have celiac disease and they warned me my breakfast might be cross contaminated but they took such good care that I didn’t react. I would definitely recommend this for anyone with celiac disease with caution. We paid €35 for three and we felt it was amazing quality. The space is quirky and fun.

We have come to Dublin 3 times and we discovered Third Space the first time and we keep coming back. We have tried a few others on Sundays when they are not open but nobody compares to their quality of food and service. The staff are polite and helpful and the food is delicious. Couldn’t ask for anything more.

I went to the counter to order and stood in front of the till for a good 3 minutes whilst someone keyed things into the till I appreciate if they were busy but a quick acknowledgment and I’ll be with you in a second is generally the polite approach. I did not like the fact you are asked to tip on the card machine before you have received your food or experienced any customer service, it’s extremely presumptuous, I did however tip but after receiving food etc I wouldn’t have. We ordered two coffees a Irish breakfast and a veggie breakfast, the toast looked like they hadn’t seen a toaster and the tomatoes were stone cold which maybe how they are served here but normally you receive them hot, overall the food wasn’t fantastic the coffee was nice and that was the best bit

I ordered the avocado toast which I'm so glad i did. It was so tasty and perfectly seasoned. The smashed avocado and poached eggs were soft and complimented by the crunchy toast. Definitely my new favorite breakfast spot.

American drip coffee is sometimes hard to find at a reasonable price …. Here is where you will find it. Small but good selection of pastries. Breakfast and lunch dishes are very good. Best part is really comfortable place to eat and people watch Smithfield Square. Visiting frequently during our month stay.

Had the most delicious breakfast here after a night out… It is such a unique, safe, and overall great cafe!! Plenty of food options to choose from but Jess opted for ‘the scrambler’ (€9.95) and I chose the ‘breakfast brioche’ (€8.55). Reasonably priced for Dublin and very tasty food! This is a great breakfast and coffee place that is run by morning people. The food was good and tasty and pretty reasonably priced. The coffee drinks were good and strong, but the best part was the staff. The cashier was truly a ray of sunshine on the first full day of our stay in Dublin. She welcomed us with a smile, got the order perfect and was zipping around the restaurant serving the meals and clearing the tables with a smile. The cheerful mood made this a place that we’ll definitely come back to. The service was quick and friendly, as you can tell from the other reviews, definitely a good place to go.

Arriving very early in Dublin, we, on advice, stopped at this café near our hotel. First Irish breakfast. Very good products, very hearty breakfast, it's a good feeling. Very zen atmosphere, impeccable service, fair price compared to the contents of the plate.

When you are visiting Jameson distillery you must go to this great cafe across the way..
The homemade sausage rolls are amazing along with the coffee and warm service.
So pleased we stumbled across this venue. I will definitely be recommending this place.

We stopped here for breakfast both mornings of our trip and can’t fault it. Really lovely little place.
The food is delicious and the staff are fantastic - service with a smile from all.
Will be returning next time we’re in Dublin.

What a warm, friendly oasis of welcome on a cold, January, winter's morning. Good food, a good selection and even better coffee all at very reasonable prices. Flat White and almond croissant combination unbeatable for me. Buzzy atmosphere with fast, efficient and very friendly but not over-rushed service. Same attention for those in hurry as those who wanted to linger over a book, newspaper or laptop. Full when I visited but still easy to find a seat or two. Looked like a very good spot for lunch was well. Would recommend highly. Pity more places are not as good as this.

Great place in the area, highly recommend to visit. Had really tasty irish breakfast (large and fresh) and nice coffee. Cozy place inside. Pastry looks delicious also! Stayed in Hendrick Smithfield hotel and got 10% discount for breakfast in this place.

Staff more intent on chatting behind the counter than cleaning tables. Our table had the previous dirty dishes removed when our coffees arrived but table itself wasn’t cleaned. Food was very mediocre. Avo toast, the bread had been toasted well in advance. Sausage on the side was burned. Scrambled egg done in a microwave I’d guess. Placed on same stale toast. Coffee was very good through. One to avoid.

We are staying in Smithfield on our holiday and I love going to Third space for breakfast. Food is excellent service is very good. Staff are very friendly and helpful. If you in Smithfield looking for a great breakfast cafe try Third space.
