My wife and I met some Dublin cousins at their suggestion at the Porterhouse -Central Dublin. Located near Grafton St, the place was full and boisterous on a Friday night. Initially told that "it would be a half hour plus wait for a table" the...More

Firstly, the second we sat down, the waitress was straight over to ask what we wanted to drink before we even opened a menu. We kindly asked for a moment, expecting her return imminently, but this was sadly to no avail! 15 minutes had passed...More

My friends and I were staying at Trinity College and stopped in here for a quick drink on a Friday night. It’s super convenient to Trinity. We enjoyed ourselves. There’s a huge list of beers, and I was able to try 2 ciders I’ve never...More

This review seems to be a trend on tripadvisor by the looks of things! The bar itself is lovely. Food looks great. The service is deplorable. I went up to the barman at one stage to order a drink and he not only walked passed...More

We didn't eat but the prices for drinks is excessive, especially for the quality of service. 5 bar staff and very few customers yet it took & mins to take an order and then we waited 5 more before realizing the guy had forgot to...More

Went for a meal the service was poor. No water on table food arrived late for some. It was very hard to get servers attention. Took 10 minutes to get served at bar on average. More concerned with serving cocktails than porter to customers. If...More

Very good spot , reasonable prices for good food and good atmosphere. The staff are all very nice and helpful and it's one of the best places to watch any games or sporting events.

Great pub with plenty of seating ( thanks to the couple that offered to move 😊). Lots of home brewed ales on offer from their own brewery, topped off with great food and service too.
