Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Delicious ice cream, handmade in Dingle. The line was quick and the staff was super-friendly, offering us the opportunity to sample before we bought. The Irish Brown Bread flavour was intriguing, but I opted for the honeycomb caramel, which was sensational. Our family also enjoyed...the butterscotch and peanut butter flavours. Cute swing at the front for photos. A must when in Dublin.More

Visiting whilst on a walking tour, we stopped in here to try the ice cream. The Irish soda bread version was amazing, and the staff were super friendly.

The flavors and ice cream texture was fantastic. Everyone was so friendly that worked there. Super convenient location and loved the honeycomb Carmel and second dip of sea salt ice cream.

We saw the review on Tripadvisor and decided to treat ourselves with the best ice cream in town. It was great! They are very friendly and let you try different flavours while you queue, so you can be pretty sure what to order when it...comes to your turn. The only disadvantage is the price... 6,20 euros for a scoop of ice cream? But worth the price if you compare it with other places that sell ice cream in the city centre.More

We were walking past the ice cream place and noticed it was the same name as our dog at home “Murphy”. Our dog is awesome so how can the ice cream not be awesome as well.

Friendly staff, great customer service and amazing flavour ice creams! My boyfriend and I are indecisive, so it was great to sample the flavours before deciding what to commit too! Thank you!

This place has the best service I have ever seen in an ice cream store. Not only do they offer tasting the flavors before ordering, they even encourage it! They were also kind enough to make sure each of us were not allergic to the...flavor that we picked, and they actually checked about allergies before handing you your ice cream. I highly recommend both the Kieran's Cookies and Irish Brown Bread flavors.More

Loved the fact that they only have about a dozen signature tastes rather than endless choices. The staff also welcomes each customer individually and they are happy to give you a small tasting so you can make the best choice. The Irish soda bread is...probably an acquired taste but the sea salt and the peanut butter were both absolutely fantastic. It is not an inexpensive place, it costs 6 euros for the small cup but then few places are in downtown Dublin. And quality should also come at a price, I will almost certainly return to try a few other tastes if in Dublin again.More

Great local ice cream. Friendly service. Unlimited samples. Brown bread flavor is interesting but ultimately weird. Sea salt and butterscotch were great. Gin also but only had a taste. Highly recommend.

The ice cream was fantastic. Incrediblely smooth and full of flavor. You must try the Brown Bread ice cream. It pairs well with other flavors i I had it with the whiskey chocolate and my wife with honey. The employees are engaging, offering samples and...their own recommendations.More

This place wasn't open when we first tried it but eventually got to taste the ice cream. The lady at the counter was very nice and let us sample the ice cream to choose what to buy. The whiskey ice cream was to die for.
