I visited BEAR a few years back and loved it, I came again recently and it was still great. The steak is excellent however you're ordering a steak only and sides separately so it does add up. The choice on the menu isn't huge however...More

Second visit to good spot, happily the annoying DJ is a distant memory. Food is still good, the staff are attentive and the menu still interesting. We had selection of starters following by the bavette steak . all well executed. Recommended!

Have been to bear twice for brunch and the food is really nice and is good value. Menu is unique and some different options available. No frills casual spot, would return.

Not a bad spot to go for a quick lunch bite. Went for the steak and chips, very reasonably priced and a decent feed but won't blow you away completely. Priced correctly.

We visited in a group of 9 prior to the Pro 12 Rugby final. Great quality steaks had, everyone very much enjoyed and decent service too. I'd happily go back for another!
