Great bar, lovely guinness and tasty pub food. Service was excellent. All the staff were very friendly. Cristina was amazing. She knew we needed pints before we did. Will be back soon! Perfect evening and she show the football
Had the best experience here - lovely staff and the best hot port I’ve had ! Shout out to Noel, and to Amanda for the recommendation! Also were offered mince pies by staff to have with our drinks, so thoughtful! Thanks guys :)
We always visit the parnell heritage when we're in Dublin we stay at the jurys a couple of doors down. The first night we made a reservation in advance which they didn't know about but that's fine there were tables avaliable. The portion sizes of...food are really generous. We were served by alannah quite a few times she was lovely very friendly. On our last evening ( friday) we were met and served by an older gentleman I found him quite abrupt almost off putting to be honest. The only thing that I could possibly complain about is I would have liked a different choice between lunch and evening but with the current situation I understand why this measure has been implemented.More
It was four of us who came in for a meal managed to get a table which was lucky considering it was a Friday evening but we were very lucky from the time we walked through the door we were greeted made to sign in...checked her paperwork took us to a lovely table and then a lady came to take. Our Order she was very pleasant and polite and very funny with us in a pleasant way and then we were looked after by a young lady who I now know is called Patrice it was also very pleasant very charming and it was a pleasure to come to your fine establishment so thank you for a lovely evening and thank you for the two ladies who looked after us thank you from Didi from londonMore
I went there on Thursday 11th November with my 2 daughters to watch Ireland play Portugal in the football. We were met at the door by Louis, who gave us the best welcome that we had received during our visit to Ireland. He found us a...table and made sure that we had everything we needed. During the evening,he came over to us to chat and have the craic. We had 3 lovely meals and my daughter is trying to find their recipe for the chicken supreme online but no luck so far. All the staff were exceptionally nice and a credit to the company. It was the best pub we visited in Dublin, and I’ve been there quite a few times but unfortunately we only found it on our last night. The next time I go there,it will definitely be my first port of call,if only to see Louis again. He was outstanding and deserves a lot of credit as the first person we encountered on entering. He really made our night.More
Waiting staff who served food and showed us to our seats were polite and offered prompt and friendly service . One gentleman was very rude and dismissive and spoilt an otherwise good visit ,leaving us to decide never to revisit or recommend to others .
