Visited last week with friend for an Early Bird and we were not disappointed. Portuguese house red wine was lovely as was the goats cheese started and followed with lamb and sea bass. Service was very friendly and efficient

I've been twice in recent weeks - two excellent dining experiences. Super food and a menu that changes based on what's in season - lots of interesting fish and game dishes to choose from. Top class ingredients used in a creative way and elegantly presented. ( you'll be tempted to take a picture !) I had goose three ways as... More

A group of us had lunch at the restaurant late in December and although the service was fine as was the quality of the food overall, the problem was the price for the portions. The prawn starter was minuscule (but pricey) but what I felt was way over the top was the €7 supplement for roast beef and there was... More

Second visit: family of six booked for Sunday evening, seated at round table near door even staff couldn't avoid when collecting patrons arriving. Difficult to get order taken. During meal wanted a second bottle of water again very hard to get attention. Food was good but customer service fell down both visits. On departure we were offered coats unknown to... More

Went here for a group Christmas lunch. Relaxed but formal surroundings which I love and excellent and attentive service. For starter, I had crab and smoked salmon which was very tasty and for main course I had Goose which I hadn't tried before. It was beautifully presented and very good and the side order of chips were delicious. all in... More
