Stayed at Clontarf Castle Hotel, had a meal in the castle on the first night, second night fancied eating out but wasn't sure of where to go, spoke to some policeman whilst out on our travels and they recommended the Yatch, thoroughly enjoyed the meal at the yacht, good food value for money and very good service, have to say... Called in here today to grab a decent dinner. Got a massive feed of bacon with all the veg, 3 types of potato and it was delicious. Serious struggle to finish it and for €13.50 was ok, can't complain. You'll struggle to do better locally.

Have visited a few times and always love going back. The food is delicious, it's friendly and very good value. I had Roast Beef, Cabbage, Stuffing, Gravy, Yorkshire Pud, Garlic Potatoes and shared a very tasty Brownie for desert. There is a great choice too.

We have been frequenting the Yacht on a regular basis for years & find the food, both day & evening, excellent! There are many choices on the lunchtime carvery & the a la carte menu available later is also very good. The food is also fresh, great quality, well presented & good value. We find all the staff - with... More

The Yacht is a staple around Clontarf and is always a pleasure to go to when we are looking for decent food, with portions the fill our stomachs without leaving food to waste. I am a good eater and having the starter for the chicken wings and the salad was plenty for me. The service sometimes lacks but this time... More

Personally as soon as I see food arrive on weird things I worry, invariably it masks bad food or a rubbish chef. Neither was the case here but the plates let the food down. We had burgers, there are served on some sort of thing with panels up the side which made it nearly impossible to get at the burger.... More

we popped by on our way back to the hotel. Place is nice and we had our dinner. Food was great but service was not up to the level. food arriving without forks and knifes, service was running around without purpose and the place was semi full. Coffe the worst I had in Dublin....

It's a very good place, with very good meals all the week. Inside it's really nice and spacious, comfortable. You have some screens to watch sport as well. But it's more a family place
