Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Amuri is the hottest ticket in town for a reason. This is a very authentic and genuine testament to Sicilian cookery. The food is phenomenal but secondary to the atmosphere. I would give it six stars if I could.

Always love Amuri. Food, atmosphere, service was always so good and authentic. It is very expensive though which is a shame as there are so many other better restaurants at this price range. What’s happened the menu though. Only a choice of 3 mains. It’s...now v limited and really no choice. Hope they return to their old ways and fix their menu.More

We had the most amazing food here. This was most definitely an authentic Sicilian experience. Everything from the aperitifs to the tiramisù was delicious.

This restaurant has a nice atmosphere and the food was decent, but I don't understand all the rave reviews. It is very overpriced for what you get. It takes away from the whole experience unfortunately. I'm very unlikely to return as a result.

Absolutely STUNNING newish (to me) addition to the dublin restaurant scene. The staff are superb, warm and so friendly and love to speak in their native Italian! The room is perfect, dark green to help relax and chill. And as for the food….we all four...felt as if we had taken a flight to Sicily and were eating in situ! All courses were absolutely delicious especially the cod! Best cod I’ve eaten anywhere!! And the wine list is also superb!! Cannot wait to get back! Thank you Luca and Denis!!More

We had an incredible meal in Amuri this weekend. Luca and his brother were very accommodating to my vegan request. Will certainly be visiting again very soon!

Visited multiple times as this is a versatile restaurant, great for multiple occasions. Friends, family, office parties ... it suits any type of event. It's elegant & yet casual, friendly & yet professional. Hosts are lively & welcoming. They know how to make you feel...at ease. And then, there's the food. Contemporary Sicilian with lots of creativity. Menu is constantly revised, but you can always find signature flavours such as pistacchio or melanzana. Until now, my preferred main course has been the elaborated & yet simple "pasta alla norma/monte etna", perfectly blending the taste of sweet tomatoes, eggplant & ricotta. Hope is back soon! When it comes to desserts, their Tiramisu served in the moka coffee maker is definitely the most popular choice. But my advice would be to try out alternative options as they come along. For instance, the Olive Oil cake is a fluffy & tasty surprise. Looking forward to try their next culinary experiment!More

I went to Ristorante Amuri to celebrate Valentine's Day and I must say that it was an extraordinary experience. The menu on offer was exceptional, with delicious dishes prepared with care and skill. Each course was a riot of authentic flavours that delighted the palate....It is a place I highly recommend visiting, both for the cosy atmosphere and the quality of the cuisine. Luca and Andrea, the managers, welcome you warmly and make you feel at home, guaranteeing impeccable service from start to finish. If you are looking for a special place to spend an unforgettable evening, Ristorante Amuri is the perfect choice. I can't wait to go back and would highly recommend it to anyone who wants an authentic and genuine dining experience.More

I thought I reviewed this back in September but apparently not! This was WONDERFUL! It was my husband’s and my first day in Dublin, visiting from upstate New York, US. We received a recommendation to go here for lunch. We each had a pasta dish...and red wine. Luca also treated us to the best tiramisu we’ve ever had! Highly recommend this place to ANYONE going to Dublin, and we will definitely return if we come back!! Thank you Luca and Andre for making our first lunch in Ireland so wonderful and memorable! -Rachel and Andrew BMore

Overall it was a very disappointing experience. It seemed as though our table wasn’t receiving the same service as others as we spent the evening surrounded by a crowd waiting to be seated. The food was very poor, I got the seafood ravioli which was...very greasy and seemed undercooked. My boyfriend had a pistachio pasta. The night ended with a waiter connecting another table to ours to seat other guests who had not arrived yet. We were in Sicily last summer which is why this was such a disappointment. Wouldn’t go back.More

What a great Italian restaurant with wonderful food and each course was carefully served, not rushed so you knew it was cooked well. The servers were so helpful esp a female who helped explain the menu. We were at the early sitting at 5pm so...quiet but when we were leaving near 7 it was busier with good atmosphere. The food was delicious, not piled on a plate but we were def not hungry. Tiramisu definitely worth a try. It was a lovely treat. Thank youMore

What a fantastic experience! The food was excellent from the first taste of the Sicilian olive oil and bread to the dessert, inventively served tiramisu in the espresso pot. (I'm not a tiramisu fan but their version was soft, spongy, creamy and delicately sweet -...I'm a convert). The four of us had completely different dishes and appetizers and none disappointed. The fish was excellent, the pasta was perfection. The staff was extremely attentive and obviously proud of their restaurant. It's a jewel of a restaurant in the heart of Dublin!More
