Gorgeous food, gorgeous staff, it's always cozy even in the black depths of winter and you feel welcome and at home while eating a fabulous dinner. They have a really cheap early bird deal which runs all night off peak if you're tight for cash and want a fine dining experience, but the a la carte menu is super reasonable... More

We used a rewarding times voucher and came for the three course before a gig in Whelans. Great value as included a bottle of wine. Could not really fault it for the price. Nice venue, busy little spot and had a nice vibe. Staff lovely and friendly. Starters were fine, maybe a bit small, but tasty. The purple potato a... More

Visited here on New Year's Eve in a group of 4. Delighted to find A la carte menu available and not a fixed menu given the time of year. Service was timely but never rushed. Food was excellent and the menu had something for everyone. Only criticism is the wine list is slightly on the expensive side and there is... More

Visited here over the Christmas and had heard great reviews. Overall it was fine but i expected a bit more. We had a starter and a steak. The starter was fine but the steak arrived almost immediately after the starter and the whole thing felt a bit rushed. Staff were fine and pleasant, so maybe it was the night that... More

I was visiting family in Dublin and my sister in law suggested we eat at Whitefriar Grill as they had eaten there several times. It is a steak place and has a pretty limited menu to a few steaks, a seafood dish and chicken dish. I had the 10oz New York striploin and it was great quality steak. The steak... More

I first went there a few years back. It's still a fantastic restaurant . We went at 5 pm for the early bird menu. Yummy soup and lamb flat bread. Followed by hale and steak All yummy. Could have had some better quality mustard.

We all loved the food here. There's a fairly broad choice and the dishes are a little more exciting than a standard fry up. The brunch cocktails and mocktails are a great compliment to the food. Service was friendly and the prices were fair.

Thank Danrzr
