Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

We were welcomed and treated well the whole time. The food was plentiful and delicious. I had the full Irish breakfast which had way more food than I could eat. My wife had the eggs benedict florentine. You will enjoy this food....you have to give...it a try because we will definitely be back for more!More

We visited this cosy, out of the way eatery for breakfast purely based on tripadvisor. Glad to say previous reviews did not disappoint. Service was great and the food even better. We had the full breakfast and brioche breakfast bun. Both were outstanding with little...twists that just elevated the food. Adrian and the team were great and attentive. I have no doubt if went at a busier time we'd have to book ahead.More

Really poor breakfast. The quality of ingredients wasn’t great and the chef butchered the eggs, mushrooms and potatoes - zero flavour. Coffee was pretty poor too. Options for vegetarians aren’t great either. Not worth the price being charged. Would not go back here or recommend...to others.More

We walked first for 30 minutes outside the Dublin city center because this one was nr.1 on Trip Advisor🤦‍♂️. I promise you ‘re going to stay hungry after this breakfast. I had one called full works wich was the biggest and most expensive. You get...one super-small egg, two sussages and to hams with a lots of mushrooms and potatoes. Bad hyggiene in toalets…and not suprisingly: no people here…we were the only visitors. I am not coming back and I certanly not reading trip advisor advices for the best breakfast restaurantMore

Hi, We've had a difficult time over the last few weeks having major staffing issues in the kitchen. Most of the trade is experiencing the same and most of our recent negative reviews are completely justified, but this is a joke. You waited the appropriate...More

Had a visit here for the first time for Mother’s Day based off a recommendation from my Sister who was with me on the day. She had been a few years prior and couldn’t recommend here enough. We all got the chicken & eggs which...was described as being served in a three cheese sauce with rosemary potatoes. This is what we were served on the day below. A total let down no sauce & as dry as anything, eggs overcooked and chipper chips cut up not as described at all. Something majorly must have gone wrong that day. It seemed people were walking out after long waiting for service. Others being notified of food out of stock. We end up leaving for food elsewhere. The Waiter was so embarrassed, he did offer another meal but really what was the point after a long wait of 90mins and then to wait for the same meal offered to us again. It was easier to leave & eat elsewhere. What a shame. Worst dining experience I think I have had unfortunately.More

One of my favourite places in Dublin, food is amazing, good portions and fair price! Always has a nice vibe in here, the staff are lovely & I'm looking forward to sunny afternoons with wine here again, but for now, we had comfort brunch food...and coffee :) I had the smoked salmon benedict this time & himself had a chicken burger that was in his mouth before I could take a picture! I also stole his chips (good). little gem of a place i'm always happy to come back to for any occasion.More

I haven't been in 31 Lennox in ages, and to my surprise was Darren (owner, i've been told) who served me with my favourite dish Chicken and Eggs. It tasted even better than the last time I was there! Coffee was quick, but food took...a bit of time but was worth the wait. Darren was very friendly, and overall service was amazing. I shall be back for more chicken and eggs, and, as always, 31 Lennox won't disappoint!More

A lovely, cosy spot for our lunch. Nice relaxed ambience and very pleasant service. We began with two glasses of Sauvignon Blanc while we perused the menu. There was not a huge choice for lunch and a lot of the mains were in the form...of sandwiches so we opted for four starters. We began with the prawns in a good tomato sauce. I then had the polpette which were fragrant with basil leaves. My sister had the mushrooms on toast which were a little bland and could have done with more seasoning and perhaps less cheese! We had a bottle of rioja and two great espressos to finish.More
