The food was incredible. Very flavorful. We have tried a few tapas and this was the first to meet our expectations. The outdoor area is very niche and warm considering the weather can change. The staff are very helpful and experienced. We loved every minute....Definitely would come back. We also each ordered about 2 1/2 tapas and were full. So portions are excellent!!More

So glad to have been able to go back to my fav restaurant after lockdown with fiends - no comparison any where else. Prawn pil pil, wings, chick peas with chorizo, bravas, la bodega salad, calamari, was all fab. Only one minor thing would be...that the croquettes were a little glupy. Really well laid out with screens in between tables. Fab food and fab wine cant wait to go back again 🍷More

Visited Bodega with my family. Absolutely loved it. It was very authentic. Atmosphere was great. And they got the lighting perfect. Just one small thing you need a magnifying glass to read their menu. They should look at that. But otherwise fab.

Covid times are obviously different but felt the whole experience rushed. Extremely loud(could barely hear ourselves) and uncomfortably warm. Wouldn't go back - shame as the food is actually nice.More

Thank you for your review. Since we only have 1 hr 45 to get a full service done ( Covid guidelines) it can feel rushed, thankfully it was loud as that means we were busy although we have noticed on some tables the screens can...More

We stumbled upon la bodega after trying a few places in Ranleagh village, fair enough we didn't plan to eat out but it was a nice evening. We got to LA Bodega greeted by a lovely host who directed us to a table. Given the...menu's to look at we had the first waiter to take our order for drinks which came promptly. Our second waiter came to take our for food, which seem like the waiter did not want to work there. The clicking of the pen and tapping of the order was off putting. The food was OK majority of it deep fried that made it heavy on the stomach. There seem to be no check backs on our table throughout the night, only time a staff member came to the table was to clear it or tell us that they need the table back. I would go back to have a seat in the back of the restaurant that had a lovely out door area.More

A cosy restaurant with a lovely chilled vibe. Excellent food & wine. A nice standard. Good VFM. We visited for Saturday lunch on a cold, wet and windy February day. It brightened up our afternoon.

Had a fabulous meal at La Bodega with two friends. Every dish was delicious and the Albarino wine was a perfect complement to the meal. Service was perfect and staff was lovely and friendly. Relaxed atmosphere and a place for a good catch up!

We booked this on whim as we didn't fancy going into central Dublin one night and so glad we did. The choice is excellent, ambience is low lighting and a cool crowd. Staff were welcoming and it had a great feel about the restaurant. Highly...recommend especially the seafood!More
