This restaurant is near enough to the buzz of the city, yet far enough removed to make us feel that little bit less exposed to crowds and possible Covid. We were asked for our Covid certs on arrival. Staff wore masks. The restaurant is modern...and spacious, with large booths to accommodate bigger parties. We were a party of six, and could easily have fitted more at our table. Service was excellent. Food was excellent. One of our party is vegetarian, and raved about the flavours in her dish. The chips were amazing. The tastiest I've ever had on my life. We were not rushed out of the restaurant. We arrived atv7pm and got to stay 'till closing. We just enjoyed the great wine and ambiance, and didn't have to venture further into town. We liked Zamba so much that we made sure to make some more reservations before leavingMore

Myself and my husband attended here for breakfast around 10 a.m. Staff are lovely and friendly and helpful but so seriously untrained that the whole atmosphere of the restaurant is completely chaotic. We were waited on by three different people. We waited ages for the...order to be taken. They had no croissants and this was at breakfast time. We ordered coffee and toast. Coffee came with no spoons. Toast came much later and by this time the coffee was cold. They should have come together or the toast should have come first. If this is an indication of what the service in the hotel proper is like I would be very reluctant to make a booking. With the proper training it could be improved very quickly.More

Zampas is definitely a must go restaurant in Dublin. From the warm welcome from the waiters at your arrival , you know you’ll have a blast. The must , la crème de la crème is seeing the chefs working with passion and dedication from the...open kitchen. Not my first time in Zampas, I always appreciate to see them preparing some delicious dishes. Food wise, well it’s nothing else but FABULOUS , the smell , the platings , and the rich flavors. There is so much work and details in every dish. They regularly change the menu depending on the season so make sure you’ll go more than once to try different dishes made with seasonal ingredients and locally sourced. Don’t pass your way , go treat yourself with a mind blowing diner you’ll remember ! See some mouth watering pics alsoMore

We went to Zampas for a birthday dinner in September. It was such a lovely evening. We got the full chicken to share and the aubergine. We got a selection of four of the starters and we got a dessert as well The food was...all beautifully presented and the service was amazing. The staff were very informed about their food and all the drinks which they had on the menu. They were also very attentive and professional. The cocktails and Prosecco were fabulous. We will be back again. NiamhMore

Very nice and elegant location for this Hard Rock Restaurant. Service is very nice and pretty fast. The atmosphere is familiar. Me and my 4 years old daughter had a very good evening here. We hate an hamburger and a monkfish. This last was great,...very tender and with incredible sauce. The hamburger was good but maybea little too much cooked. We also had dessert: ice cream and a sort of alfaores (the Argentinian biscuits). Both good! To drink tap water and a Guinness. An appetizer with corn bred and chip tapas is offered. I recommend this place. Attached the bill (60,25).More

When we got to the restaurant, the temperature was very high, I asked several times if they could regulate the temperature since the place was very hot and after 20-30 minutes they did it. We ordered Starters, main course, dessert, and a bottle of wine....The waiter took too long to serve the wine, I needed to ask for the bottle of wine 3 times. We ordered food and the waiter asked me how would I like my meat, I said medium well, but he never asked my wife. When the dishes arrived, my meat was red and my wife's was the same, we asked to cook more it and we could see the annoyance of the waiter and him cook at our request. The desserts left much to be desired, the pastes 3 leches were not milked at all, it was a tiny piece of cake with ice cream and a little caramel. We still hadn't finished eating when the bill came, I think it is very rude to do that and it speaks of a service that leaves much to be desired.More

We visited Sampas for drinks and were greeted by the host. We produced vaccine certificates and ID as required but he created such a fuss as he had never seen the Northern Ireland version. We were close to just leaving but eventually we were seated....The restaurant is nicely decorated although I didn’t see much memorabilia which is what hard rock is known for? Drinks were ok and they are expensive but that’s expected in hard rock. Some servers - sorry don’t know names - were really friendly which did encourage us to stay for a few. It was just the start of the visit which wasn’t great. I thought that businesses wanted tourism back?!More
