We had a wonnderful visit to Aimee Mays. The venue was beautuful. The food was lovely, however one of the group said to the waiter the potatoes were cold but it was handled very politely and efficiently. The Manager came to the table to ensure...that we were all satisfied with our meals. The biggest asset Aimee Mays has is their staff. Withno exception all were polite, interactive with customers with humour, Efficient, friendly and courteous. Nithing was too much trouble. They all smiled. It is obvious the manager trained them by example. It was a pleasure to be there.More

Lovely venue and food. Enjoyed our visit there and will go back . Could be a bit more adventurous with the menu as it hasn't changed in a while but no complaints

We were a group of 5 Adults out for a drink and some nice food. Myself husband and son had been to Annie Mays on 2 previous occasions and really liked the place had some drinks and good food with very pleasant staff. We decided...to bring another couple with us today after telling them how good it was. As we entered today we informed waitress we wanted drinks first food later there was quite a few tables reserved so we were shown to a table in an alcove we ordered drinks and and a young waiter kept an eye on us for drinks and then food still not a problem everyone was enjoying their meal and drink we had been in the restaurant about 3 hours when a member of staff started clearing some glasses and told us ' Youse have to leave this table in 20 minutes ' we asked why she said they had a reservation for the table and walked off we called her back and told her nobody had informed us of a booking she went on to tell us we'd been there quite a while to say we were gobsmacked would be an understatement. We also spoke to a manager who was no help whatsoever they wanted us to move to another table but we felt so disgusted we left and will not return. We were informed there was a 2 and half hour limited on a table but no signs to show this.More

We've been visiting Annie May's since it opened. It's always been a really nice place to visit for dinner or a drink, in particular the staff have always been very friendly and professional. They are head and shoulders above their colleagues in Rathcoole. The thing...that always niggled me was that every time we'd eat, there'd be something not quite right. Usually small details like reheated chips or a reconstructed dish that pretended to be cooked to order. This evening was completely different. Everything was perfect. We had Haddock & Chips with pea puree and Duck Fillet with parsnip puree, dauphinoise and spiced carrots. It was flawless. The crew in the kitchen really have it together and know what they're doing. Amy at front of house runs the show with aplomb. Well done to the whole team. Other pubs and restaurants locally and in the LF group take note!More

Visited today for some food. Staff were lovely, food was good. We sat outside so staff mentioned to us 3 times that we would have to pre pay which was fine but diverted them from hospitality so it ruined the mood. Maybe instead put this...policy on the menu, or include on signage in the outdoor area, this will let the lovely staff get on with their job and ease anxiety all round.More

My family and I held a funeral reception in Annie Mays on Thursday 14th July. It is a lovely venue. Anne and her team where very welcoming, friendly and attentive and the food served was delicious. It was my first time visiting Annie May's but...it certainly will not be my last. Big thank you to Anne and all the staff at Annie May's for looking after us so well on what was a very difficult day. It was very much appreciated.More

We had the best day for my son’s communion on Saturday afternoon. 11 adults and 5 young children and everyone really enjoyed the day! From the minute I booked it 2 months in advance until the time we left the staff went above and beyond...to ensure we had a great day. The food was beautiful, so tasty, the restaurant looked great, very clean, lovely interior, super atmosphere. The staff were great and all so obliging. I would highly recommend this place!More

We had Sunday lunch here recently. Staff & service is as excellent and very child friendly. Good options on he childrens menu. Only criticism was the charge for a jug blackcurrant- normally free elsewhere but again I’m d get over this.
