Beef fillet for 34€: two slices of meat almost cold, on a bed of some vegs and potato skins, sauce not well defined. A cup of salad a side, big enough to host a cappuccino. Fillet for this price supposed to be a proper piece...of meat well cooked at whatever level and hot, just try FXB to compare. 2 glass of cabernet (good one however) 10€ each!!! And you are not in Temple Bar, just around Wilton place. Total bill 56€ and I’m still hungry. 2 options: close and go to learn, close and change job. Sorry for being so straight away but people have to know.More

We booked by phone & visited late August. Staff are v friendly and chatty, nice guy brought us to a cosy upstairs table. ( COVID checks all above board etc, sanitizers at all tables etc, toilets spotless! ) Location is good as city centre doesn’t...interest us anymore. Food was rich & tasty, we really enjoyed starters and mains. Wine we selected was out of stock but the lady attending to us gave us a slightly more pricey bottle for lesser cost - nice touch. Broccoli starter was surprisingly fabulous, very clever dish. Other salmon starter was excellent along with a chicken main and my meat main. I’m only giving 4 /5 as the beef main I had was quite pricey considering the meat portion sizes x two at 33 euro, it was was overpriced , even as good as it tasted. I’d of been happier if it was around 25 euro tops. We would return I’m sure in the future.More

We found this little gem by chance for lunch. We both ordered the crab and really enjoyed it. There were 3 female staff on and they were very very accommodating as I had a newborn baby and a buggy and very nice. I would return.

Overpriced for what you get. Food is average, not cooked , you have to it yourself . Portion is too small for what you pay. 35 euros for uncooked takeaway is so so overpriced

Really disappointed . The set menu is 35 euros per person . We ordered for a special occasion . When we opened the boxes, it wasn’t cooked. For the price you think you ordered a good cooked meal . It was all in plastic bags...and you have to do it yourself ( we could got the same for quarter of the money from the shops ) . The chicken was a very tiny breast that you have to cook for yourself and the cod the same maybe 100g or less . They send you a menu how to cook it . The starter is awful. It’s a waste and awful experience . If they sold it for 15 euros , it might be ok as at the end we could get better food from Donnybrook fair or Mortons for less than half of the price . Not worth itMore
