Found this little deli whilst walking around the area we were staying in. Decided to try this for breakfast as we thought that 14 euros each for breakfast in our hotel was a bit steep. This deli serves different types of breakfast, full Irish, porridge, cakes croissants. My husband had the French breakfast which was ham and cheese toasties with... More

"Spar" style and quality meats and fillings for a higher price, no thanks. They used to be good but since a refurbish maybe 1 year ago, things have gone downhill.

Popped into get a takeaway lunch - tuna melt and a latte. 2 staff chatting away behind the counter .. one eventually decided to acknowledge me. I placed my order and waited. Received my order after a few minutes .. no problem .. but then had to wait another 5 or so as the staff disappeared to all ends of... More

Visited here in December and really thought it was a great Place to enjoy a freshly made sandwich in all meanings of the word "fresh". I will never eat a sandwich out of a plastic carton with expiry dates on it again. In Mccabes Deli everything is made that day and cooked that day so expiry is not an issue... More

Just before Christmas I found myself running between stores and just had time for a quick sandwich. I noticed this deli with a queue and although there were other options (with no queues) I decided to wait and that was a wise decision. The service was great and the Freshly Cooked meats and Freshly baked bread was quite frankly delicious.... More

My first breakfast in Ireland and it was different but good - eggs, beans, mushrooms and potatoes and a great cup of coffee.

McCabes is very popular with the office crowd and between 1 and 2 most weekdays you may find yourself queuing to get in. They are so efficient that the queue moves quickly so don't let it put you off. There is a great menu, Sandwiches, salads, soup, hot food, burritos and you can eat in if you are lucky enough... I would certainly recommend this place for quick delicious breakfast and lunch. You'll be lucky to score a seat & table at lunch. The food is fresh and made to order. We ordered a breakfast roll which came with a big mug of coffee for 5 Euros. The breakfast roll can feed 2 people adequately. I ordered a scone. The... More
