Stopped in on bank holiday morning for a late breakfast - poached eggs with parma ham. Very welcoming owner and team, great service and superb food/coffee at a sensible price. Very highly recommended.

I visit Panem regularly because it is the most wonderful place to have coffee and cake or focaccia .My favourites are spinach cheese and tomato focaccia and Apple and custard croissant .Their almond biscuits are a must as is their baked cheesecake.I visited today and...More

On Saturday when I finished shopping in Arnotts, I felt I need to sit down, relax and have a slice of cake and a drink in a friendly, casual environment. Panem is a lovely, tiny place. I got a home made lemon Cheese cake and...More

Popped in for a quick bite – small place with very limited seating and just a narrow shelf to eat off. If you are lucky there are a couple of chairs outside. So more like a takeaway than a café. I opted for a focaccia...More

We thoroughly enjoyed our lunch at Panem. They have a small number of seats available and we were lucky enough to secure a couple of them. Both the soup and the stuffed focaccia were very good - just what we were looking for.

Great little snack to grab before catching the bus, nice little treat. However I did find it slightly bland, but it may have just been the flavor I’d chose (cheese and tomato) and the time if day it was (almost five) but the staff are...More

Just nipped in on the way to work, expected it to be just a regular cafe. The food was amazing, you can see the pasteries being prepared fresh behind the counter as you order.

You've probably walked past this tiny cafe on the Quays hundreds of times but as part of a New Years Resolution to try new places in Dublin we decided to try it out and were not disappointed. Amazingly tasty focaccia but the real highlight was...More
