Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

By far the best Indian food I have ever had coupled with excellent service. Make sure to try the butter chicken, it is to die for!

Everything was wonderful from the beginning to end. We were greeted at the door by a lovely man who showed us to our seat. The food was filling, delicious and filled you with warmth. If o lived here I would come back again tomorrow.

Our dinner here was wonderful, we enjoyed it so much! We ordered samosas, chicken tikka masala, beef biryani and chicken balti, naan and plain and saffron rice. Everything was delicious, we ate each plate clean. We came early (around 5pm) and the restaurant was quiet...and we were seated right away. We were seated immediately, the food came out quickly and the wait staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend!More

In Temple Bar but reasonable and very quiet. The food was delicious, especially the onion bhajya. Well worth finding it. If the door is locked just knock as it is a small family run restaurant and sometimes the waiters are helping in the kitchen.

Just I expected. Simple decoration but very tasty food. As I happen to arrive just shortly after 7pm could I take advantage of their early bird special. Including a glass of wine. The main I selected was chicken vindaloo After telling the waiter that I...knew what I was doing. And wanted it 🔥 It cold have been more spicy but it had full flavour and the chicken was very tender. With that did I have the garlic naan That also was tasty Of course one should maybe not have red wine to extremely spicy food. But I liked the glass of red table wine. I did wonder if I should give a 5th star But I truly only reserve that for the more exceptional places. Next time in Dublin, will I go back to this place.More

The restaurant was recommended by a local . Excellent Indian restaurant! Our waiter, Swiston, was outstanding! Appetizers of Papadum and Tiki Aloo: fresh and accompaniment of chutney tasty. Chana Aloo 3/5 spice tangy, fresh, flavorful Prawns Sfreeza fresh, firm shrimp, flavorful, and 3/5 spice was...perfect Plain Naan was fresh, piping hot, and fluffy inside I highly recommend theis unique Indian restaurant: the quality is too good, the staff is very attentive, and owner too nice to cheapen the experience with Groupons/Discounts. Great place to start an evening in Temple Bar.More

This is your classic back street Indian, it’s all about the food, very pleasant staff. The lady in the kitchen makes the place feel very warm and welcoming!, food I find is excellent, place could do with an up lift, but that is the key...to a good back street Indian!, if your into good food this is the place. Would highly recommendMore

This is the best food we have had in the UK on this trip. The chef and owner even took my husband in the back to show him how to make perfect rice. My teenage daughters loved the butter chicken and are afraid that they...will never find its equal. We had all 3 kinds of naan and it is authentic and the perfect pairing with all of the rich flavors and spice. The lentils were delicious and the chicken tikka came out sizzling and gorgeous. Swiston our server was friendly and polite and professional and made fabulous food taste even better. Honestly I would go out of my way to eat here again.More

I’ve eaten here a couple of times in recent weeks when in Dublin on business. The front of house and waiter is very attentive and efficient, my food was served quickly which isn’t always the case elsewhere when dining alone. I had a Rogan Josh...one evening and a Dhansak the other, the food was excellent and good value. It is a small restaurant and in a city which has so many average eating places this is a great spot for dinner.More
