Myself and 2 female friends were queuing at the door. A group of young men skipped in the queue us and we didn’t say anything because they verbally abused us. One of the male staff wearing a checked shirt saw this and stopped the lads from entering because he knew we were there first. We really appreciated this and had a great night after.

Great staff, great cocktails. Went here twice this month because I enjoyed it so much and both parties I went with agreed service was great. Staff couldn’t be more accommodating but we’re also casual and laid back, both the security guard and waiters. Will definitely come back :)

A lovely pub, had a few drinks with a couple of college mates. I would like to make a a special mention to George the bouncer has to be thee nicest lad I’ve spoken to since moving to Dublin from County Leitrim. I will 100% be going back to have a drink and talk to george <3

Showed up on the dot at 9pm for our booking, table wasn’t ready, still had other customers at it. When we asked if we could stand and have a drink while waiting, we were told no, as table service only. Our waiter was not attentive and lazy, when we asked to settle the bill at each round of 11 drinks, we were told no, that we just let a tab build up. A large tab building up proved difficult with different members of our groups ordering different things, when the bill was brought over, this same waiter was rude and demanded we sort it out quickly. Will not be returning.

Booked a table of 15 for a birthday celebration. Ordering was a hard task, finally got our waiters attention and he only took for 5 peoples order and left. We had to try call him back to take the rest of the order. Food was sub standard. Then to top it off when it was time to bring out the birthday cake the cake was dumped on our table in its box, candles unlit and napkins given to us as plates !!! It was difficult to even ask for a knife and a lighter!!! One waitress was very friendly.

Arrived into hucks on Sunday afternoon to see the GAA match and was surprised to see it was not on the TV, we and others asked for it to be put on and still so sign before we left shortly afterwards. The sting in the tail however was when we asked the young girl behind the bar for a pint of shandy she looked at us as if we had just asked her to solve the problem of world peace. When eventually she took on board the simple request she said they to not have any lemonade so we had to purchase a bottle of same at a cost of €4 which added to the €7.80 for the pint would work out as an extremely expensive beer. We had intended to have food but the pint saga made up our minds. All in all Camden street as many great bars and places to eat sadly this is not one of them on this occasion will not be returning.

We ditched our pub crawl in Temple Bar area and found Hucks! George the doorman was very friendly and bartender mixed great drinks with plenty of alcohol! We were very content with our decision to leave the crawl after finding Hucks.

We came for drinks and left for dinner. But the atmosphere was just too good to leave that we came back straight away. Before we left our lovely server Jaul put a reserve sign on our table so we could come back with no hassle. The floor manager George greeted us striaght away upon our short arrival back and the best conversations ensued. Honestly I couldn't reccommend this place enough the drinks were amazing the service was amazing and they have a lovely little menu for bites (which we availed off after having abandoning our dinner plans lol) 15/10

Went out with my wife and daughter to have some drinks and snacks.... What surprise!
We got really good food!
Grilled chicken with pineapple is brilliant! My wife got a big and delicious fish and chips. Well done folks!
Drinks were amazing, service up to expectations!

The bouncers and staff were absolutely lovely to deal with especially the blonde floor staff member. We only stopped in for two drinks as it was our first place to go that night and the staff couldn’t of been friendlier or more inviting. I recommend to everyone.

Went here with family and friends. We were looking for somewhere in the area to have some food and drinks. It was the doorman George who encouraged us to come in. As we were walking by he started chatting to us. S9 friendly, helpful and full of chat and smilies
Promoted the gastro bar so much . Great to see a nice supportive doorman as first person you meet here. We went I amd had great time
Drinks and food excellent with friendly service

We couldn't get in anywhere in that area Turned out was faith. We stayed till the death pints were great didn't see a thing could say bad about this unique pub. We will be back want to try that pizza I seen people eating. Peace out to Ben and George the original Team gb. Gas craic. Sorry for the late review guys

A great night with friends. Lovely atmosphere and staff. A particular staff member made our night ( George at the door), for his drink recommendations and getting us a great table. Would recommend this to anyone for a great night out in Dublin!
