Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Great pub food. Good selection of beer and wine. Great service. And good folk music. The setting was intimate but not too close.

The food OMG it's amazing!! I went here twice during my recent short break to Dublin and came across the landmark by accident on day one when myself, my husband and my daughter were starving hungry. We were warmly welcomed and some suggestions were given,...the barmen on shift were so helpful giving us some ideas of things to do with our daughter while on our very short stay in Dublin, they also printed out some colouring in for our daughter to do as well. The food was the winner here! Good sized portions decent price and the food was absolutely amazing, pleasing my daughter is a hard one but she enjoyed her chicken strips that much we had to go back for more before going home.....not that we complained though as we really enjoyed ours and the atmosphere as well.More

Our first dinner in Ireland was at The Old Storehouse. Which was awful, but since we didn't know what to expect in Ireland, the bar was low when we arrived at The Landmark. Very happy to say that the bar was raised considerably, and we...enjoyed what Irish pub food is SUPPOSED to taste like our second night. Thoughtfully prepared, and a friendly and welcoming staff. Would recommend and eat here again.More

Went with a group of friends to celebrate a birthday. Booked a table, but the music was so oppressively loud that a few people left early (including me - the music was so bad that it triggered a painful migraine). Absolutely no need for it...to be that deafening. It ruined what could have been a great night.More

The best staff ever! We visited the pub yesterday and it was really busy due to the rugby. The staff opened up the top bar for us and it was a brilliant atmosphere. One of our friends was a bit worse for wear and Brian...went above and beyond to help, without any agenda. So kind and thoughtful. We visited a lot of pubs and bars yesterday and The Landmark was our favourite, for this reason.More

Really Glad we found this pub (thanks to TripAdvisor) on day 1 of our stay in Dublin as we kept going back. It was just perfect, excellent Guinness and friendly staff and lovely atmosphere. My husband and I spent one night for our anniversary in Dublin and after our meal put, we came upon the Landmark pub. I am so glad we came here. The live music (Simon Glynn/Glen) was absolutely wonderful and the welcome was friendly as were...the staff. We spent a good few hours in this pub which is right in the heart of Dublin. Reasonable prices for the Guinness and Baileys. My husband said the Guinness was amongst one of the best he had in Dublin. Definitely would recommend.More

Amazing staff and quick service. The atmosphere and live music were great! Despite unforeseen circumstances, the landlord and staff did all they could to help us resolve it, couldn’t have asked for them to be more helpful. We enjoyed our time there so much that...we spent both evenings of our stay in Dublin at The Landmark. Would recommend to anyone!More

Thanks to Trip Advisor we found The Landmark. Loved the traditional Irish Pub atmosphere! Not sure if we met the owner or just the manager, but he was very friendly and accommodating. Made us feel welcome and gave great recommendations on Irish Whiskey. The singer...was amazing - reminded me of Ed Sheeran. The food was great - ordered the Fish and Chips and Irish Stew.More
