Don’t get me wrong, the food was awesome - my husband said it was one of the best meals he’s ever enjoyed (and he travels extensively to many cultures/countries and has to entertain dignitaries and CEO’s constantly), and our teenage daughters (and I), really enjoyed...our meals so given restaurants should be about the food first and foremost, Pichet is a slam dunk! The service was fine as well but felt a bit stilted (maybe we were a boring family taking up space in their sexy environment or maybe they were short-staffed…so many places have been affected post-covid which is no one’s fault)! I will say the restaurant was LOUD - the acoustics- it was off the chart and we had visited many, similarly busy restaurants but for some reason we could not hear the music, we couldn’t hear each other and the server was hard to understand. A strange complaint perhaps but depending on why you’re heading out to eat or what you’re celebrating, this intel could help you plan accordingly.More

Delicious food. Must go when in Dublin. Expensive but worth it. The filet was so juicy and had one of the best flavors I've ever tasted.

Was very disappointed with the customer service at Pichet; I didn’t exactly attend for a sit-down meal BUT did ring to pre-order and pre-pay for a bottle of champagne, as a surprise for a friend of mine celebrating her 30th there. The person who answered...the phone was abrupt and rude, and told me that they didn’t have time to facilitate the request and advised I call back at a later stage. When I told them that I had to organise the gesture asap so as to ensure that my friend and her cohort got it upon arrival, the person hung up. Very disappointing for such a renowned restaurant and even more disappointing for a gesture I had planned for a dear friend.More

Good service. Food was good but not outstanding. Prices very reasonable. Don’t expect Michelin star food but it’s tasty and the portions very good.

Pichet was an unexpected find - the treasure kind. We had the best bottle of wine there on our trip to Dublin and Kinsale. The mussels with Nduja, garlic, parsley, white wine with toasted focaccia were the best I ever had! And I've eaten a...great deal of mussels! My husband loved the steak tartare. The lamb shoulder with goat curd was divine. Mira, our waiter, told us about the history of the restaurant that she has been a part of for several years. There is love here. This is now one of our favorite restaurants in Dublin. We can't wait to go back.More

The food and drinks and staff were all fabulous. We had appetizers and main courses and desserts and drinks and everything was sublime. Their speciality drinks menu is well worth exploring. Also, the lamb main course was heavenly.

Food and ambience are fantastic but a massive thank you to Pichet for their accommodation of gluten-free requirements. They are very aware of cross contamination and apart from the obvious exclusions (gnocchi etc) they were able to sub most things. Food was delish!

Absolutely fantastic experience. Food was superb (Still recovering from their amazing ribeye steak. It's daunting, but worth it!!) Tables near ours were envious. But what truly made the evening was our waiter, Tommy. He couldn't have been better - incredibly efficient, super friendly and professional....What a lovely man and he made the evening just downright perfectMore

While visiting Dublin, we celebrated our son's 23rd birthday with a lunch at Pichet. The atmosphere was lively but not loud or intrusive in any way. The staff was lovely and attentive, but the food was the center of the show. We all ordered something...different so to try as many of the dishes as possible. Each was more delicious than the last. The Gordal Olives were bright and tangy and a great was to start. The lamb shoulder was melt-in-your-mouth tender and so flavorful. The pork belly was seared with a lovely crunchy outside. The hake was amazing as well. All of the deserts were delicious as well. The strawberries with lemon curd and semolina cake had it all. It was fresh and bright with great mouth feel. We'll be sure to visit again any time was make it to Dublin!More

Some of the best taste and presentation In food we ever had. Food was perfection, exquisite, frankly works of art and delicious. Service was good, maybe too good, courses came fast and furious through the main but after that the pace reduced to something far...more appropriate. Lamb and pork dishes were sublime, Cauliflower side was amazing, broccoli was good but not in same league as cauliflower. Deserts were interesting and tasty. Overall a fine experience, very expensive but well worth it quality and taste-wise. Slow down service just a tad to let us savor each course and it would be perfection!More

Had a fantastic early Saturday dinner with good friends. Very friendly and personal service combined with delicious food, beverages to match and a casual yet elegant ambience. Had the asparagus for starters, sea bream as a main course and rounded it off with a shared...selection of cheeses. Everything was just perfect☺️More

It seems like they change their menu often depending on what is in season but it would also be different from lunch to dinner, probably around 2pm but I’d call ahead to check!
