Visited with my boyfriend for tea. The first problem is the food is only as good as you make it and I am not a chef, although it is fun picking out your own ingredients. The second and main issue for me was the sauces you add before cooking are very watery this all runs off when cooking and so... More

Hello! Really glad you had fun picking out your own food, we pride ourselves on our quirky nature ;) In terms of the sauces, they are used to steam the vegetables as well stir fry the food as the grill that we cook on is at such a high temperature that the sauces would burn if they were any thicker.... Six of us went there for dinner. Very busy place this evening, we had the table close to the door, which was a little cramped. Food was great and we enjoyed the evening. Charging 10% service when the food is actually self service is a little much in my mind.

This place is a great opportunity to have an interesting lunch in Temple Bar. It's only 6,90 euro for lunch! You can create your own noodle bowl with your choice of noodles, vegetables, meat, spices and sauce and after the chef cooks it in front of you on the "mongolian" bbq. It's good, it's fun and it's cheap ! Go... More

We visited here Saturday night, I am coeliac and they were very accommodating to those with gluten intolerance! They had normal noodles or rice noodles, loads of vegetables, seafood and different meats available to choose from. They cooked the individual dishes in front of you on like a giant hot plate. However they had a separate frying pan and hob... More

So I can see where kids would have fun making their own meal. The food was great the only complaint is that they have all theses sauces to add and they tried to describe them but there is no way to sample them before putting them on. I got the smallest and still had left overs.

Came here with my boyfriend on a Friday in Dublin and were greeted by very friendly staff. Staff were very helpful in explaining how the buffet worked. It's around 7 euros for one bowl or 14 for all you can eat and the portion sizes are huge, so even getting the one bowl is definitely enough. Good choice of veg,... More

...inside was full and have to wait...that's OK if you would have a tasty food!...surprise was the way of getting food!...no order, just a line and lot of ingredients to make your own dish...over 40 different ingredients as vegetables, meat, pasta, sauces and so on...after all those in your pot, a chef take everything and put on a hot iron... Hey! Thanks for you review, sorry you weren't inspired! We know choosing your own ingredients and spices can be a bit daunting so we have a few suggested recipes above the buffet that people can follow, these include Seafood Teriyaki, Chicken Satay and Spicy Asian Noodles. Hopefully you give us another shot, and find the combinations that work for you! More

A great experience, choose your own food cooked right in front of you by 2 cooks working hard. Very pleasant staff calmly and efficiently doing their job with a smile. Eat as much as you want with a bottle of beer (or two !) ! I couldn't eat dessert as I had enough to eat. Toilets were very clean. My... More

Description
Mongolian Barbeque is the name given a method of cooking used by Genghis Khan and his troops in the 13th century, when they would cook meat on their shields over an open fire! Now we use a cast iron grill over an open flame, and you get to choose your ingredients. We have a great range of meat and vegetables, spices and sauces. With prices starting from 6.90 Euro at lunchtime for one trip, Early Bird discounts and All You Can Eat options, as well as tempting side orders, desserts and great beer offers, how could you resist?!
