Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

I want to review with 5 star this place because of cakes and food ( delicious) but I am really disappointed with the service, the waitresses are not professional, not welcoming and not accommodating, as the food level is high the service should be the...same. PamelaMore

Adorable little cake shop with amazing cakes. Went here during a weekend trip with a friend for her birthday. The staff were very sweet and even added a candle and sang to my friend. Cake was delicious, moist, not too sweet but fresh and very...well prepared. We had the Victoria sandwich and a slice of ultimate chocolate. Both were fantastic.More

Charming little place w/ excellent fresh- ingredient breakfast (the house beans & kale egg dish is superb). The baked goods are not quite as spectacular as their gorgeous presentations, but still good. Cappuccino is very weak. Staff are nice.

I used to be a regular and adored Queen of Tarts under the old ownership. Have been back to visit and there have been changes to decor and menu. Unfortunately its not the same - food is ok, service is ok. It just has lost...that extra magic. . .More

Visited Dublin for birthday celebration with 7 friends. We ordered our meal preferences and the food was delicious. Having 2 vegans in our party I emailed to check what your vegan option were. You reply was " we have vegan options" the only option you...have is " beans on bread which was very misleading!!!!!!More

Great location, and of course great tarts. Breakfast food was ok. Busy on Saturday morning, so it’s a good spot.

A regular for us for a great breakfast at the weekend . However pure lunacy has overtaken. One has to queue. Hen queue to order then sit down. Rather than ,as the way for years sit at a table and order . Surrounded by empty...tables and long queues outside (waiting to come inside to queue and order) . In fairness the food is great and as good as ever. But please please please go back to the old way where you fill your tables and we get fed. We all win. Look at the photos for midday on a Saturday. Let’s hope sense prevails in a great venue.More

Having seen pictures of the yummiest looking breakfast baps on their social media. Along we went. But no. That’s no longer on the menu. And even though the kitchen is cooking sausages. And bacon. And eggs. Etc. We couldn’t have any of that put into...a sarnie or a bap. Cos clearly the waitress wouldn’t be able to work out how much to charge. Just weird. Resigned myself to a scone and a latte. Scone was heavy and dry. Latte bitter. Dublin is awash with the most incredible places to eat! Don’t waste your money here.More

Great place to take a sit down coffee and sweets break when touring Dublin. Outdoor patio and inside sitting (including bench sitting with is easier for me. The restrooms are upstairs FYI. Service was friendly and attentive, coffee was superb and the tart was amazing....Hubby loved his carrot cake as wellMore

Home made cakes and breakfast. Very popular so try and book. We arrived and queued for a little while. It was well worth it. A pot of tea and home made scone that would have fed a family of Four! With jam and cream. Fabulous.

We were staying nearby and visited here a few times, it was always busy and I can understand why as the cakes were some of the best we’d ever tasted. Staff were always pleasant and attentive. Definitely worth a visit if you in the area

Visited several times during my trip to Dublin and was very impressed. The Apple Tart was fantastic and the Cinnamon Swirl was honestly the best I’ve ever had. Good service, nice decor

Didn’t try the cakes but maybe that’s what they are known for. The eggs were generously portioned and ok. Nothing special unfortunately. The chai was cold. Staff did their job but not overly welcoming or friendly. In addition, found a piece of plastic in my...food. It’s an area with a lot of good food options. This is not one I’d recommend.More
