Came in with some low expectations as it was raining out and other restaurants were packed, so we were happy to be seated almost right away. Took a minute for our waitress to stop by as it was unsurprisingly busy, but once she had our order the food came out very quickly. We had pizza and it was delicious. Lots of flavor, thin crust, great cheese. Only criticism is that the center of the pizza was a little too wet, but so minor compared to the great flavors. This might sound like a strange comment but they were very generous with the water. We had come from Belgium where water is difficult to get, especially tap water, and is very expensive (usually more than beer). So, also happy about the water situation even if it may be particular to us. Wonderful experience.

We found it in the area we were in and they really treated us very well and we really liked what we ate. The place is very cozy and has some details (which are always appreciated), such as fresh flowers on the tables. Prices according to the area of Dublin in which it is located.

Just had brunch today. Very friendly atmosphere. We had the spaghetti and the penne with chicken. The pasta was cooked perfectly, as was the chicken.
There were couples and families there. It has a really nice vibe. Ordered a side salad and it was great. No room for desert. But the black tea and cappuccino we ordered was very good.
You have a nice view from where we sat of the kitchen and the meals being prepared. Looking at the gent tossing the pizza dough and sliding them into the large pizza oven was awesome. I plan to return in a few days to ordered a pie!

ordered 2 mains (pasta), the quality doesn’t match the cost of the food at all. didn’t get check backs from staff until we had moved the plates to the end of the table, even at that we were waiting for around 15 minutes. i can appreciate the staff member serving us as she had taken the mains off of our bill and offered us different food but at this point our appetites had been spoiled. the starter was decent and the wine was good but other than that i cannot recommend this restaurant any less. as i said the only redeeming factor is the staff recognising our dislike for the dishes.

we were looking for the the little pig restaurant but pacino was located here but w the same menu - odd. We asked if it was the same place and the woman looked confused and just seated us. We ordered the mussels - they had barnacles on them with a fishy taste. We were waited on by 3 different waitress, all unsure if we had our orders taken and then no one would bring us our check. We did find the bathroom w little pig merch incased in glass on the way down the steps - again, odd.
Overall food was blah. Staff was disorganized and I’m still not sure where the little pig speakeasy was.

I've been to Pacinos many times (and also both of the speakeasy bars!) and I've always had a lovely time.
My friend and I came here on Friday night for a belated birthday dinner, the food was incredible as always, never any complaints (although I would absolutely love to see a lasagne back on the menu!! I think every Italian restaurant should have lasagne)
Unfortunately it seems like the cocktail menu has been reduced, and although it said on the menu that they could make classic cocktails (subject to availability of ingredients) the server did not accommodate us at all with any requests that weren't on the menu of cocktails - I don't know if she was new or unaware that the menu does offer this option but we were shut down immediately.
The server was also very confused when I asked for a Peach Schnapps with a mixer, I had to repeat the drink three times and she went to ask if they had it behind the bar, which apparently they didn't.
Overall, amazing food (as always) but the drinks caused so many unnecessary issues.

Sad reflection on what it once was. Everything about this experience was woeful. Menu had very limited choice for vegetarians. Quite a limited menu over all. Waitress was worse than useless. Everything we asked, she didn't know the answer. Door left wide open on a cold rainy night. Freezing and uninviting. Promised a pizza plain cheese pizza for a child with an eating disorder. Pizza arrived with basil chopped through sauce even though the manageress promised this would not happen. Waiter was going to change the pizza to comply with what was ordered but the rude manageress returned the pizza with the herbs basically forcing the child with an eating issue into a stressful situation. Both pasta dishes were extremely bland, were left half finished and resulted in us both feeling quite sick a short time afterwards. When booking the restaurant a 60 euro deposit was taken. BE AWARE we had to ask for this to be taken off the bill as no mention was made of previous payment! Staff really don't take well to the truth that food nor service wasn't good enough. Will never return and would suggest others avoid. Plenty of places to eat in Dublin with better quality food and knowledge of customer service

Not particularly clean and the service was dreadfully slow. When I declined a scone that arrived 20 mins after I had finished my coffee I was told sorry, we didn’t realise you were in a hurry. The bill dumped on the table in silence. There are far nicer places to go.

Just "okay." My impression was that the kitchen and front-of-house were understaffed and barely trained. I had local mussels, which were tiny (okay, that is the way these mussels are) with a broth that would have been nice had the chef not spilled an uneven and excessive amount of black pepper into them. One slice of the accompanying bread was almost toasted and the other not at all. The little green salad was of tough greens and was only barely drizzled with a sort of basalmic dressing. It was not tossed at all. I ordered a very dry martini and it was served with a twist, without anyone asking if I wanted twist or olive.

My daughter & I had lunch here which was okay. The waiter forgot my dauvhter's side order of garlic mayo & when we asked it took about 10 mins to be brought to us. The orange juice is not freshly squeezed & should not be advertised as so on the menu.

We heard about this place from the Hop on Hop off bus tours as when you purchase a bus ticket, it includes 2 for 1 on main meals at this venue. We arrived and were greeted warmly by the staff. We opted for a cheesy garlic bread starter and I’ve got to say it was one of the best I have ever eaten. The pasta for mains was also equally as good. Staff super friendly and welcoming, would definitely recommend for anyway visiting Dublin.

Me and my family ordered pizzas - if you like your pizza solid as rock with the cheese what just falls off the rock hard pizza then come here. It was terrible. We had a few mouthfuls. Complained and they came back with the full price with no apology or anything. Terrible customer service and the chef needs sacked as if he can’t make a pizza as an Italian restaurant

Very good value for money, cozy atmosphere, very clean toilets, stone oven pizzas, friendly service. We paid with a card and be careful: the waiter rounded up our tip from €2.50 to €3.00 when we entered it! But that could also have been a typo.

Just off Grafton Street in the city centre of Dublin, this restaurant offers lunch and dinner choices. Good Italian food, medium price point.
Pizzas, pasta, salads, seafood dishes etc..
All the staff was lovey and attentive, except one guy who looked like he really did not want to be there.
Shame, as the rest was great.

Ordered the pasta carbonara for my wife and I for lunch. After eating half of the meal my wife discovered some plastic particle in her meal. After notifying our server she indicated she would investigate. She came back shortly and explained that the particle was part of a paper towel that came off one of the cook’s hands after washing their hands. For our inconvenience she was willing to take €3 off our bill. Seriously? We paid the bill left. Not that we have known, but I’d recommend avoiding this place if at all possible.
