Stumbled upon this restaurant and fortunately a table was available (booking recommended). The food is authentic, pleasant service and little extras were a lovely touch. Very much enjoyed the whole experience and great value for money.

So, it's half an hour or so until the restaurant closes but from the minute you are "welcomed" at the door there's zero hospitality. If you have had a busy day, fine. If you have run out of some ingredients/menu items, fine. But don't welcome...me like I'm an inconvenience. Don't hang tell me "pizza is the fastest option" Don't hang around me like you want me to hurry up and get out. Your pizza might be decent but you have a lot to learn about hospitality. Really atrocious.More
We were in the Adventurerooms Escaping from their rooms and after we came to Fusciardi. I had 13 children and 4 adults and it was a fantastic experience. Capel Street can be a bit mad and Fusciardi was like an oasis of calm and warmth....From the moment we arrived in, we got a brilliant service. The kids had pizzas and the parents were able to relax have a gorgeous meal and fab red wine. The pizza was amazing and good value and the adults meals were just fab. The service from Victoria and all the team couldn't be better - We had birthday cake and a lovely experience. It kinda felt like we were somewhere else. Highly recommend!More
Recently celebrated a Birthday here. From start to finish food and service were excellent. Varied choices on the menu & all cooked to perfection ,served by very efficient staff. My thanks to all the staff in Fusciardis who helped to make this such a pleasant...celebrationMore
I have been several times in this place It’s just an average restaurant in Dublin with the fact that is too expensive for what you get The portions are too small for the price itself. For example a plate of carbonara less then 100 g...for 15 euros Once I’ve asked for generous portion as I knew that was small portion and they charged me extra.More
I'll keep this short, If you want Authentic Italian food, this is the only place you should go (outside of Italy of course). There are some interesting dishes on the menu that you may not have heard of and they are ALL worth trying. (the...classics are there too of course) The pizzas are perfect too. especially with a bottle of Ichnusa beer Even if you want traditional fish and chips....Fusciardi's gets that spot on too! including "proper chipper chips" and finally, the staff, it's like visiting family in here :) Thanks Victoria, see you soon xxMore
Fantastic food, great service, reasonable prices. Highly recommend this cute little place for an enjoyable meal. It was summer black truffle month - yummy. Fun people watching while sitting outside. Thank you Victoria for taking care of us!
Our first real italian taste and quality outside Italy!!! We are italians, we were skeptical because outside Italy italian restaurants are kind of fake. But this one NOT, we had a Margherita as starter and then 1 Carbonara and 1 Cacio e Pepe: all delicious...and most of all: italian!!! You cannot miss this place!! The staff and the owner are italian and super kind!! Top!!!!More
If you ask a local in Dublin “what is Fusciardi’s?”they would probably say “Fish & Chip shop!”...As too would I have, until yesterday. But that’s changed forever now! It’s not often we get out anymore and even less often that we are in Capel St.....and hungry. Yet yesterday this was the case and the 3 of us were on the hunt for a nice Italian Restaurant. Hustling our way through the chaos of Pride festival we stumbled across our old haunt Fusciardi’s, a place I first visited with my mam & granny over 40 years ago. Initially I was dismayed to see that it was no longer there, it was an institution for our family and we had had many very fond memories of the food..and the staff there. “sausage egg and chips” was my order for nearly 30 years.. As luck would have it though it was now an Italian restaurant and it was exactly what we were lucking for. Was this meant to be? Or was this going to be a final Arrivederci to our beloved eatery! From the second we entered we knew it was meant to be! We were greeted with warm friendly smiles, even amidst all the festivities outside and were accommodated even though they were fully booked. The surroundings were nice and tasteful but the real story here was the staff and the foodie it should be in an authentic Italian restaurant! Our waitress was excellent! Working there under the new owners since they started in 2017 she spoke passionately about the restaurant and the other staff especially the chef but she was visibly excited about the food! She was articulate about the ingredients and about the chefs commitment to creating authentic tasting dishes. This was the authentic Italian restaurant we were looking for. We ordered the seafood platter between us for starters and a variety of pasta dishes for mains and a couple of draught bierra morretti’s to wash it all down.... It is safe to say it was the best Italian food we collectively ever had in Dublin. Unlike the bland food served dispassionately in sooooo many Italian restaurants we’ve visited this was packed with flavor and cooked to perfection AND served with love! 10/10!! The deserts... well they were just as good! Tiramisu, Beeramisu, and profiteroles! Each as good as the next and each amazing! Left us fork fighting for the last scoop of each.. We’re lucky to have left as friends. In keeping with tradition the waitress offered us some complimentary Digestives to finish while we sorted the bill and very gratefully wished is well on our way! 10/10 for service! Quite simply Fusciardi’s has reinvigorated our love of Italian food. These guys have kept the name, the great service but have taken the food experience to the next level and long may it last! Fusciardi’s will be our go to Italian restaurant in Dublin in the future.More
Lovely little spot with great outdoor seating and warm and welcoming staff. We had a range of dishes including pasta pizza and lasagna and we all commented just how beautiful the food was. Prices very reasonable too. Would highly recommend thank you
Absolutely Brilliant!! Every course was excellent, top quality ingredients cooked to perfection. If I lived in Dublin I would be here twice a week. The wine by the carafe was €14:50 and was a Montepulciano d’Abruzzo. The service from the young waitress was incomparable. Without...a shadow of a doubt 20/10.More
We were at Fusciardi's many times, and the last time, as every time before, was more than excellent. Just amazing food and great service. The best pasta which I ever had. We'll be back there soon. I definitely reccomend Fusciardi's and can't wait the next...food experience there.More
ate very well, excellent fish and chips and pizza equal to what you eat in Italy ... welcoming environment and top service ... surely when i return to dublin i will come back. local to recommend
There are plenty of Italians in this area of Dublin but if you’re looking for authentic, fresh pasta I highly recommend Fusciardis. My carbonara was excellent and my wife’s seafood pasta was particularly good. Plenty of perfectly cooked seafood with a tasty sauce. My friend’s...pizza was also really good. The Bailey’s profiteroles are a lovely desert Service was great and Capel street has lots of options if you fancy a post meal drinkMore
All food was amazing especially the fish & chips!! The staff was really kind and we had a very good experience. Recommended!
