Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

I was there right now with two other friends and besides that there were some available tables, we were told that there wasn't any available table for the moment. I've been waiting so long to eat there, and it was so disappointing to be treated...like we weren't good enough for your restaurant!More

This the best Italian food. I've eaten in Ireland.. wasn't expecting much. But I love being surprised. Food so fresh and original couldn't get enough of it. The cost, service and taste. 10 out of 10.. we'll be back

Virtuoso restaurant, as it’s now known, was a lesson in how hospitality should be. This is a gem of a place in Capel St. The food was absolutely delicious and the service was impeccable. Filippo, our waiter, was so knowledgeable about everything from the wine...to the food. Very pleasant waiter who was so polite....a basic that seems to have died in recent years. The semifreddo pistachio was amazing, as was the tiramisu. We will be back next time we are in Dublin again. Highly recommendedMore

Beautiful restaurant, a hidden gem. Food was fantastic, chef accommodated special requests. Waitress was attentive but not over bearing, very knowledgeable on menu and wine list. It was my first visit, it won't be my last. Make sure you save room for dessert 🤣

Sunday evening, we sat at one of the last tables available on the partly pedestrianised street. Charming welcome, chose a spaghetti pasta with venison and mushrooms and.a rocket salad with cheese. Delicious glass of house red wine. The Sardinian special was sold out (good sign)....Then a gelato-based chocolate dessert, equally first class. 75€ for 2. Highly recommend.More

Came here with my friend as it was the closest restaurant to where we were at. My friend was hungry so he ordered a nibble, a main course and a drink. I was not hungry at all but because I was seated with my friend...I just ordered a nibble and a drink to which the Italian woman server (from Rome I think) said that it's restaurant policy for us to order main course. As mentioned I wasn't really hungry so I replaced the nibble that I ordered with a starter instead to which she is still not very happy and was saying in Italian that she will be given out by management for letting us sit and occupy a table without me ordering a main course. By the way, we were seated outside on the street wherein people pass by in between us and the restaurant and in my understanding the tables outside the restaurants are waived of whatever license fee. If this is true, then it just shows business people are really fleecing the taxpayers that kept their business during the pandemic and yet they still want to suck the life out of us. I also wonder if there's a law or policy that allows restaurant to refuse customers if they don't order the main course on the menu.More

We passed by this restaurant and decided to give it a try after looking at the menu posted outside. We had Bruschetta for our appetizer and then, split a four-cheese pizza. Service was excellent and the food was delicious. The pizza had creamy cheeses with...a sprinkle of basil. The menu is authentic Italian as far as we could see. Every platter that was served to those seating on either side of us looked amazing. We.didn't have reservations, but did notice reserved placards on some of the tables. The restaurant is small but well laid out. We are looking forward to returning to Fusciardi's before our vacation ends.More

Stumbled upon this restaurant and fortunately a table was available (booking recommended). The food is authentic, pleasant service and little extras were a lovely touch. Very much enjoyed the whole experience and great value for money.

So, it's half an hour or so until the restaurant closes but from the minute you are "welcomed" at the door there's zero hospitality. If you have had a busy day, fine. If you have run out of some ingredients/menu items, fine. But don't welcome...me like I'm an inconvenience. Don't hang tell me "pizza is the fastest option" Don't hang around me like you want me to hurry up and get out. Your pizza might be decent but you have a lot to learn about hospitality. Really atrocious.More

We were in the Adventurerooms Escaping from their rooms and after we came to Fusciardi. I had 13 children and 4 adults and it was a fantastic experience. Capel Street can be a bit mad and Fusciardi was like an oasis of calm and warmth....From the moment we arrived in, we got a brilliant service. The kids had pizzas and the parents were able to relax have a gorgeous meal and fab red wine. The pizza was amazing and good value and the adults meals were just fab. The service from Victoria and all the team couldn't be better - We had birthday cake and a lovely experience. It kinda felt like we were somewhere else. Highly recommend!More

I have been several times in this place It’s just an average restaurant in Dublin with the fact that is too expensive for what you get The portions are too small for the price itself. For example a plate of carbonara less then 100 g...for 15 euros Once I’ve asked for generous portion as I knew that was small portion and they charged me extra.More
