The food here is absolutely delicious, the service very good and the ambiance as well.
I find it quite pricey though as we were 6 so we had to pay a fixed 68 eur/person no matter how much less we ordered.

When we ate at Dax the tasting menu was based on the dishes on the main menu, but in some places they have a separate one with different dishes.
Often they also have options to match wines with each course.
