About
A restaurant with tradition established in the heart of Dublin in 2001. Typical Roman Trattoria with wooden tables and rustic decor where you can enjoy a Rigatoni all’Amatriciana or a Saltimbocca alla Romana as if you were back in Rome. Our skilled Pizza chefs from Napoli will enhance your dining experience. Pop in and discover our great value lunch and early bird menu every day from 12 noon until 6pm. Ciao Bella Roma is and stays one of the only restaurants opened until late in Dublin with the kitchen closing at 23:30 during the week and 1:00 am at weekends so do not worry if you’re arriving late in Dublin or if you’ve been out and feel like you would like something small, we are here for you.

Don’t come here if you are looking for good food or good service. The tables were wedged together in an effort to fit as many in as possible, the staff were terribly rude, the service was awful and the food was not nice. We sat...More

The criticisms of staff here seem to me misplaced and not deserved. It's true that the service isn't "polished" (there's plenty of that available all over central Dublin - within a few hundred paces of CBR). Neither is it always that prompt, especially at peak...More

Another visit to Ciao Bella Roma and we felt that not much has changed for better or worse. The pizza is still delicious and customer service is still not the best. Staff are not very attentive and it's always a hassle to get fresh pepper...More

Visited for the third time last weekend and it’s by far my favourite place to eat Italian food. The inside is very traditional so if you’re after modern glam, this isn’t it, but the food is outstanding. Service is great, and it oozes authenticity. It’s...More

The food was amazing and they had three fixed menu choices. We were spoilt for choice and all we ordered was yummy.

We had the anniversary lunch special offer. Starter, main course and a glass of wine included. I had a very tasty full bowl of minestrone soup followed by spaghetti carbonara. Excellent value all round. The pizzas looked amazing too. Definitely worth every penny. Very helpful...More

Had lunch at CBR. Decent food, excellent coffee, good service. Wide selection of pasta, pizza, and a full bar. Reasonable prices for this part of town.

Nice place to meet with friends and have very good and accessible Italian wine, the food just average for an Italian restaurant. Friendly staff.
