First time was so good we ate there twice. Comfy chairs, friendly with excellent food choices. The only reason it didn’t get 5 stars was that the beer garden was full of smokers.

We watched some of the World Cup in the beer garden, which is lovely. The pub itself was packed and looked good. The toilets weren't too clean though.

Stopped here for a last drink of the night on the way back to the hotel. For a Monday night it was very full, with a bright, cheerful atmosphere. Guinness was good, staff were pleasant and cheerful.
