When you step into this place and you've been to Italy you know you are in the right place. It's cramped, packed with tables and the waiters and cook are frantically speaking italian. We could only get a table tucked away in a corner under the shelf of winebottles....but...The food is simple amazing. I had a homemade pasta that was... More

Finally I have found a real Italian pizza in Dublin. Fantastic. The local is little so it's better booking.

Me and my boyfriend came here to eat on a Saturday evening. I had the rigatoni pasta with Italian sausage meat and tomato sauce. No words can describe how amazing it was!! My boyfriend had a pizza and he loved it as well! Such a cozy place! I would definitely return!

I've been to the Il Fornio before back in 2016 and I loved the food and that's the main reason why I came back this year when visiting Dublin. I've ordered the grilled calamari as a starters and I was surprised to find little pieces of plastic in the sauce!!! I've pulled out 3 pieces and one of them was... More

We ate here on a Saturday evening and there was a great buzz in the place, it seemed to me that a lot of the clientele were regulars, a good sign. We were a group of four and had just a main course, each of us enjoyed , The ingredients were fresh and very tasty. I was the only one... More

Went last week to try this restaurant which is situated in Dublin's financial district. Restaurant size is small & was busy on a Monday night, which says something! Would definitely recommend pre booking on those busier weekday evenings & definitely at weekends. Food was very good & pricing is good. OK selection of wine & if you're a Pironi fan... More

My 2nd time here. Great local Italian run restaurant, a nice quaint place with very friendly staff in the heart of the IFSC. The food is really nice and fresh and all at a very reasonable price too. One of the best in the area, pizzas are worth it alone but the pasta dishes are one of the nicest I've... More

We finally found it after realising that TripAdvisor had the location wrong. We are sure glad we did. After a week of Irish food we just needed a little taste of Italy. Luckily this is away from the main tourist thoroughfare so we found space to sit immediately. We tried the Ceasar's salad, mushroom risotto and a pizza. They were... More

In case you don't know what dynamic currency conversion is it's when a merchant sells you something in euros, but processes the charge in dollars (and they decide the exchange rate!). When your credit card company gets the charge it reverts the charge back to the country's currency then does a second exchange Long story short it's a sleazy way... More
