Family of 4, we had booked a table for 6.30. On a Saturday evening. Paul and his staff were very attentive, everyone had a mains course , food was fabulous. The house red was very reasonably priced and lovely. We will be back again .

Absolutely fantastic service and food. Mussels for a starter to share with my husband followed by amazing fish pie for my husband and steak for me. Only negative was that my Steak was ordered rare but came medium. Kids had pizzas which they loved but...couldn’t finish. Fantastic experience overallMore

We were keep waiting for a bit but so worth the wait! We were a table of seven and we trialled three new menu items Seafood Pie, Seafood Tagliatelle and Lamb Stew as well as simple Fish and chips. All our party declared it is...the best they have ever had! The staff did they best to have has seated and placed our order promptly. Thanks to RosieMore

This was our best dinner on our trip. The Seafood was Outstanding. I had the Salmon and my wife had the Hake. They get their fish fresh daily from Killybegs. Great service.

The Harbour is a cozy and quaint restaurant close to the water in Donegal town. We sat in the main room and loved the pubby, warm atmosphere. The server was super-friendly, the service was quick. I had some lip-smacking fish and chips and my husband...raved about the delicious seafood pie. (It was a special and he actually said to add it to the menu!) My kids really enjoyed the wok-fried chicken with noodles, a nice change from the usual pub fare. Great place!More

We arrived at 5 pm without a reservation. I understand both of those can be problematic. However the restaurant was empty. The hostess told us we had to eat fast because they had others who reserved tables. It might have been said as a matter...of fact, but it was very rudely said. We waited a long time for a waitress and then ordered. The steak that I got was so tough to chew, I left almost all of it on the plate. It was not edible. We left after a reasonable amount of time for dinner and the restaurant was still empty. Just because they know that they get tourists who won’t be back, does not justify the worst meal I had in Ireland in my 4 months.More
Basically the only restaurant around here, luckily for us it was good. The pizzas are very thick, full of toppings and taste great. I could not really taste the tomato sauce, but all the other parts covered for it. Fish of the day was also...good. Located in an old industrial storage the atmossphere was also nice and the service was good. Open only very limited time so be careful not to miss the dinner time.More
We visit Doneal every year and this is our favourite restaurant in the town. It's what a good restaurant should be. Staff so friendly and Genuine. Food so tasty and really good value. Great atmosphere. No matter how busy, they always have time for a...chat. Love the new menu. My only regret is I'm not a local. We will be backMore

This place was a couple of blocks away from the tourist centre and was filled with families celebrating the First Communions of many many children. We were hopeful for some great local food but it was just ok. The mussels in particular were awful and...I wouldn't recommend them.More
