We were spoken to very rudely by the owner and will not return for this reason. The other staff were nice however.More
Having occupied a table of 4 with 2 of you drinking one cup of coffee each over almost a 2 hour period with your laptops spread around I was completely within my right to ask you to vacate the table, it was lunch time, there...More
Tom and Arturo have been serving up delicious plates of fresh and local ingredients for about 20 years now. The food is consistently excellent and just one great reason to visit the Craft Village as browse its beautiful courtyard of shops and galleries.
Had lunch with my sister here and the food was awesome 👏, parking can be a challenge but worth it . Very busy cafe and tables close together . Just a Mile outside Donegal town . Staff are very friendly and the owner Tom is...always there to welcome people. Will definitely go back again .More
The most delicious cappuccino and scone we've ever had, and in the most peaceful surrounding. Many tables having more hearty breakfasts and seems to be frequented by many locals as well. The food quality is excellent.
This is by a mile the best quality lunch menu in Donegal. The chef here is very talented and the use of high quality produce is always evident. The Thai prawn curry and salmon specials are particular favourites. A regular stop off for us when...in town. Always satisfied. Staff are local and very attentive. Genuine little gem.More
I called today with my sister and daughter for some lunch. We ordered two ciabatta sandwiches and my sister ordered a scone and tea. Her scone and tea arrived almost immediately but my daughter and I had to wait almost 40 minutes for our sandwiches....Whilst we were there waiting the young waiter came and apologised for the wait. After waiting for another while the owner came and told us that another table would be served next and then us. He offered no explanation or apology despite us having finished our drinks while waiting. A couple of women at a table beside us asked about their food and explained that they couldn't wait any longer and left. The owner then was shouting into the kitchen which was totally uncalled for. The two women were charged for the coffee they had while waiting for food. When our food arrived it was ok but the owners attitude means I will never return here again. The young staff are very pleasant.More
Thanks very much for your comments
Stopped here on Saturday 22nd june around 10.30am Was looking for Pancakes (as I was on for a active hike day ) but wernt on the menu, the waitress asked in the kitchen if possible and it wasn't fully open for lunch till 12. I...didnt want to make a fuss so opted for a coffee and her recommendation of a chocolate cake slice (see picture) I had two dogs with me and sat outside in the sun shine. The waitress came with a dog bowl and water without me asking for it which was super. Coffee and cake was delicious Service brilliant, served with a smile, went out of her way. No wonder its number 1 on here Great little craft shops around, will recommend to anyone travelling in this direction.More
Stopped off the highway for some coffee and snacks. They served up excellent coffee, fresh-from-the-oven scones, and delicious soup. It’s well worth the trip.
Awesome fresh tasty food cooked on the spot, just fab! A wonderful eclectic menu to choose from, there's something for everyone here.
