I went into Liberty Grill for brunch today in my opinion it is the best brunch you can get midweek in cork city. Everything is so well cooked and the service is fantastic. They are always quite busy but the people working are also so friendly and welcoming. Never had an issue and I frequent here quite often. The eggs... More

This restaurant gets a gold medal for Ambience and the food looked great but bombed on taste and quality of the food. If you want a great place to meet fiends and have a party its excellent. If you want to eat well then this is not for you. It has an Up-State NY feel to it with leather couches... More

Really charming restaurant with a lovely atmosphere. From the minute we went into liberty grill we were made to feel so welcomed by the lovely friendly staff and we were seated immediately. There's something for everyone on the menu - the scallops were delicious as a starter and the NY deli burger with rustic potatoes was mouthwatering! We genuinely could... More

Went here for breakfast/brunch last Saturday. I had the eggs benedict with bacon and got a side of black pudding. The food was top quality. Just the service was a let down even though it was very busy two behind the counter making coffees one taking orders, clearing tables and working the pass. One guy just clearing tables. If you... Delicious food. Very good service. Nice building. Very good location. Worth kick starting a big day here. Prices are fair. Can be small and very busy (often a sign of a good place) so Saturday mornings you may be quing! I recommend this place for brunch_ either for couples or small groups.

Popped in for Breakfast as two of our (local) friends had highly recomended it. Can I just say, the staff were really friendly, the food was very tasty and totally lived up to the recomendations. Varied menu with something for everyone but it's difficult to say it was worth the wait. Totally giving Liberty Grill benifit of doubt as it... More

I ordered the special which was prawns and crab meat pasta in garlic, there were 3 prawns, barely any crab meat and absolutely no garlic at all and a small portion of pasta. The top layer of pasta had a spicy taste but under it was completely bland, no sauce or flavour at all. I ordered chips instead as I... More

When we arrived the restaurant was full however we only had to wait about 5 minutes before we were seated by a very friendly tall gentleman. Order was taken nice and quickly from a nice friendly blonde girl. We ordered scrambled royale which was beautiful in both look and taste and we both had French toast which was excellent also.... Liberty a Grill has become a Cork Institution in part of the City where there is only one other really good restaurant nearby ( Fenns Quay). Liberty Grill is open early with an excellent breakfast menu which is a mix of Great Irish and American sweet and all points between. The service is excellent. It can get a bit crowded,... More
