We opted for takeaway to have in the office for colleagues mat leave send off. We phoned our order in and called to collect at ore arranged time. By far the nicest and freshest takeaway lunch we've had in a long time, staff couldn't have...been nicer when we called to collectMore

Got takeaway here for a group off us and was delicious, food was so fresh, plenty off it and absolutely delicious. We all got various sandwiches and each one off us enjoyed them. Staff are super friendly, great value for money and great choice off...food. Highly recommendMore

Met friends for lunch. 4 people before us in queue, all ordering toasted specials and coffee...i ordered soup. I was over twenty minutes waiting for it. While waiting i was observing the kitchen staff. Very disorganized and not efficient, 3 just walking around doing nothing,...one had very long hair tied back loosely, no one in kitchen wearing cap or hairnet, Asked waitress TWICE for coffee, she said she didn't speak English. Another worker was the same. At one stage there were more inside the counter than customers and they still couldn't get things right. Definitely won't be returning. Pity would have been convenient for getting togetherMore

I have eaten here for breakfast and lunch and it is always consistently good - tasty food with plenty of options, although some of the staff would not be the friendliest/ most pleasant we have met

Got to the counter to order and all seemed a bit chaotic eventhough we were the only ones ordering.Staff seemed to be under pressure/disorganised/unsure.My friend ordered tea with lunch but it didnt arrive with food & waited some time before it arrived. Again it wasn't...busy so not sure how staff manage wheb it is! My sandwich was nice, we arrived before 3& they finished up food soon after, not sure what time they close.More

My daughter and I decided on a hamburger. We both agreed this was one of the best burgers we have ever enjoyed. However, the coffee counter to get sugar and kids etc was dirty, there was a staff member walking around with a Dyson hoover...and hoovering right around us. Worst of all, the same person was clearing up a table and poured all the left over water from the glasses on the table into the water jug and left the jug on the table for the next customers! The kitchen definitely produces quality and tasty food but a lot of the front of house staff seems under trained and/or unenthusiastic.More

Busy place at lunchtime. Had chowder😞. Far too hot which might suggest rushed heating in a microwave.Wish I hadn't picked it. Partner had a soup, also disappointing.
