If your getting a tonic water with your drink expect it to last 20 mins, I was advised by the manager this was too long for tonic water to stay fresh! Must be a speciality of Deep South never happened before.

This is a lively pub, in a good location. Unfortunately, there was inadequate numbers of bar staff to cope with the number of customers. It was also annoying to be served pints of beer from plastic cups at around 8pm on a Saturday night.

Door Staff here are very bad , leaving underage girls in but when it comes to 40+ age couples with friends then they have a problem. Avoid if possible

We were drawn to Deep South for an afternoon cider by it's black exterior flanked by greenery and bright flowers. We entered and found an eclectic decor, with reclaimed velvet theater seats as well as wooden doors and windows from old banks and businesses. But...More
