We ordered pizza one hour ago and phoned To Check on the tie pizza. It did not turn up. When we called it was a generic answering machine that would not let us through to the shop. This was extremely annoying and ruined our night.

Ordered my regular veg pizza with cookies and came in less than 10 minutes. The service tonight was amazing, super friendly I am very pleased with my order. Do yourself a favour and trust the negative reviews! If you don't, order at your own risk but you were warned. We ordered at 7:20 p.m and waited 1:45 hours. We then called the store repeatedly with no answer. After 2 1/2 hours (!) we...gave up and ordered somewhere else. After that, the driver called and said "we were busy". We got the order after 150 minutes! - By then, the pizza was ice cold. It had been sitting somewhere for the best part if an hour - Part of the order was missing without comment but we paid for it - Part of the order was wrong Customer service was contacted and simply wrote "We're sorry". Myself and my friends were having a movie night , we taught to ourselves let's get the famous four star , shocking we taught 55 minutes have passed, so I rang Washington street , co cork ,and the man on the phone was so rude...I couldn't believe it. I then rang back after another 15 minutes to see how long it would he as my friend had to to home to assist her child. The man came and the pizza was absolutely freezing it was shocking actually to be honest with you. They put down my friends name as a man. We did not get any chicken diapers. Ordered online. Got a phone call 20 mins later from the driver who was rude saying he was outside. He wasn't. Received another phone call 6/7 mins later asking where the house was. I explained but he couldn't understand as this English was not great....10 mins later I rang the store to explain what was going on.. They rang the driver when I was on the other line..I was asked to go meet the driver!!!!! Really???? I obviously refused. Maybe 5 mins later the driver arrived and proceeded to argue with me saying I have him wrong directions. So rude!!! The food was cold and the pizza over cooked...horrible.. I hadn't ordered from here in a long time so we decided to ordered something as it was late night opening. After ordering at 3, we receive a message from just eat that our food is on the way. No show for 20 minutes. We...call them just wondering what's going on, and get treated like imbeciles. They say the order didn't exsist to the order was already delivered to the delivery driver was calling but we must not have received a call. While all this was going on,they were cooking the food that they had forgotten about for an hour and a half. When the delivery driver came,he kept up the act by saying he was calling and calling. Waited an hour and 15 minutes before calling to check up on delivery. The person on the phone told me a fresh order would be sent out with free cookies and would take a further 25 minutes. Then I received another call asking me what...I ordered. I cancelled and ordered from somewhere else. The service is always bad and the staff are in no way helpful.More
