Had an amazing dinner here on saturday night. The minute we arrived we were looked after by the wonderful staff at the restaraunt. Could not fault the food or the service. Portion sizes were big and food was high quality cooked to perfection. The place seemed to always be buzzing with loads of people - always a sign of a good restaraunt. The waiters were very knowledgeable of Indian food and could direct customers in what they might like to order. Would highly recommend to anyone who likes good indian food but make sure and book I advance as it's very popular and gets busy. Will definitely be making a visit again.

Delicious and authentic

We had a small group of 5 in for an evening booking. Even though the restaurant was full, the service was relatively quick and all of the group could not say enough how great their dishes were. I myself had a paneer dish. The paneer itself was cooked to perfection and the creamy tomato sauce was packed with tongue tingling flavour. The naans are huge, easily shareable between two. Best Indian dish I have ever had. One small recommendation for me personally, and nothing to do with the food quality, would be more of a choice of beers. Indian cuisine is the only cuisine that I like to have a light beer with. Whilst the quality of the three beers in the menu is high, I would have liked more of a selection.

Fun birthday meal!

Have visited twice before, and based on the fantastic experience on those previous visits I decided to have my birthday meal here. The food was superb as usual and the staff were very friendly and attentive. A couple of my friends struggle with spicy food, but the staff were quick to recommend good options for them, and provided extra yoghurt. The vegetarians amongst us were very happy with the number of options available, with the Paneer Makhani being my favourite dish on the menu. Can't recommend this place highly enough!!

Honest Food Review

Not exquisite Indian Restaurant! I ordered vegetarian dishes, the vegetable pakora and onion bhaji kinda same thing not cooked properly and lacking the taste of pakoras. the dal makhni should traditionally be creamy textured, mild and flavourful why would u put big chillies in dal makhni if a customer asks you to make it Indian style because all the Indian restaurants have sweet food here in Ireland not suited for asian taste buds and Indian style food does not mean putting extra chillies in the food. the paneer was just okay same gravy for almost every food, the biryani was baddd baad , putting liquid curry on the top of yellow rice is not biryani (please stop this). naan was good and soft. The food is just okay,over priced and can be tried just once but not good Indian food.

Outstanding Indian Cuisine.

Outstanding Indian Cuisine. First time we visited this restaurant and will definitely be back. I had a celebrity friend with me and the staff didn’t make a fuss and gave us a private table. The service was first class and the menu and food was outstanding. You could tell the food was fresh and cooked to perfections. The table service was some of the beat I have experienced and would highly recommend to anyone visiting Cork. This is officially a Charlie Nicholas endorsed restaurant.

Visited this restaurant after it opened after lockdown, the place was spotless and staff were extremely friendly and the measures put in place, very reassuring. The food was delicious, from the sharing platter starter, to our main lamb dish to the naan bread, it was the nicest indian meal Ive had in ages. I would highly recommend

Good food, varied selection

Had a really tasty meal here. Good range of dishes to choose from and all freshly prepared with good flavour. Restaurant is quite small so don't think it would suit younger kids in buggies etc. Staff really friendly and professional.

A great little find - we generally try Indian restaurants when on holiday/away and this was a very good one we found. Service was brilliant and very funny. The venue was great and importantly the food went down well with everyone.

Long wait but delicious authentic food

Ordered takeaway here on a Friday evening. We were told we’d have to wait 2 hours to collect it as they were busy. We had to do this the week before too but don’t mind as we know the food is so fresh and tasty!! Tonight we ordered a chicken curry, korma, balti and madras. Also ordered garlic naan and poppadums but they forgot our poppadums. Overall the food is delicious and worth the wait as it is so authentic and fresh. I would recommend all these curries as well as the Chicken Kadhai I tried previously. 5/5 for the food!

We ate here tonight for the first time it was fab. Staff very friendly and attentive throughout. Food was excellent full of flavour we shared a tandoori platter for two and chicken biryani. 10/10 will definitely be back. Thank you

ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS!!!😊 I had the prawn masala and Peshawar naan bread (leavened bread stuffed with almond, coconut and cherries finished with butter). It was heavenly. The customer service was excellent too. 👍😉 Would highly recommend...will definitely get take out again....a real treat!!especially during these tough times!😋

Great Restaurant

First time here and will 100% be coming back. Food, service and everything else was fabulous. Slightly different from your normal Indian restaurant. Many dishes on the menu were different. All were freshly cooked. Just go there!

I go to Haveli for take away all the time. Such a treat, it’s by far the nicest freshest Indian I’ve ever tasted. I usually go for chicken pieces from the tikka oven, really healthy with salad instead of sauce if I’m trying to be extra good. The breads, rice and sauce dishes are excellent too, so luxurious

I just visited Haveli Indian Restaurant in Douglas and it was absolutely delicious. The staff were friendly and attentive and the food was fresh and mouth-watering. We had a chicken and paneer dish, with pulao and garlic naan. I would highly recommend, the menu had something for everyone. I will be visiting again. Thank you for the great meal.
