Kids food menu but no kids drink, have to order a glass bottle and a seperate glass (Not great for a children under 3!)
Asked for a diet or coke zero (being diabetic) told no as they were small and was told we should get a draft instead, when we asked what there was that was diet the waitress rolled her eyes and said none of them. We then said well we will have to take a small bottle of the coke zero she huffed and said fine, like we were doing her a disservice.
Then went to pay via contactless but forgot if its over €50 you can't tap, when we did she rolled her eyes yet again (surprised her eyes stayed looking forward at this point) and said 'It's over €50 so you obviously can't tap!!!!' Okay we forgot, no need to lose it.
Overall food was ok, not worth the price even for an airport.
Would rather get a standard sandwich and wait til we get to our destination.
Looking back we aren't surprised it wasn't busy even though there were quite a few people around.

The guy with glasses behind the bar was so aggresive when ordering the food as if it was a major problem! Was so rude and slamming things on the counter. Requested some sauces mayo etc for the table as the container was empty of sauces.When the food came there was still no sauces for the fries so we aaked again for mayo. The waitress never returned with it so i asked another waitress who said it was gone but moments before a waiter walked by with a commercial drum of it to back of house. In total it took about 15 mins and back and forth about a sauce in somewhere that serves food. To add everyone working there looked miserable and not one smile or ounce of hospitality! Awful ! Felt so uncomfortable and by the looks of it so were some others. If your providing a service especially overpriced please have basic manners.

We had a burger, chips and a drink before a flight on 10th January, we both had the crafted burger, that night we both got very sick, my mom vomited once and I vomited three times over the course of the next 24 hrs, we didn't have anything else to eat that evening so wasn't anything else we ate. Very disappointing to spend the first day of my 3 day holiday in bed sick. I wouldn't recommend eating in this place because of my experience, especially when the holiday was so short it ruined the start of it.

1 this is a good restaurant by the gates in Cork airport the only problem is that they do have a good ordering system. If anyone from the restaurant is reading this get an online order system. We queued for 30 mins to get drinks and food. The queue on average was 10/15 people in it. Not good for needed airport speed.

Went in here for food and drink before our flight. Ordered a beer while looking at the menu & quickly decided we wouldn’t eat there. The place is filthy. Sticky tables & menus. Food scraps from other diners left under the table. A couple opposite us walked away & left third their nachos untouched. Avoid

Dreadful service, 25 mins standing in q for the bar waiting to be served. No one cleaning, wiping tables. 1 waiting staff managing a full restaurant, with no management presence. At €7 a drink it's a disgrace.

This deserves no stars.
Filthy tables. No one cleaned in the hour we were there.
Torn furniture.
Dirty floors.
Queue as long as the runway.
Not enough staff.
Partner waited 40 minutes for soup.
If you are coeliac don't even bother sitting down - zero to eat.
Overpriced.
A disgrace to Cork airport.

Understaffed, some of the staff havent got a clue. I had to cue for about 5 minutes for a pint
Don't get me started on the price of the food which is average at best.

Start of November arrived for drinks, female staff meneber abrupt, for no reason, just poor customer service despite me being polite and just enquiring if they were still serving food, male staff member made up for it tho and was fine however only veggie burger meal that had previously been on the menu before and was quite nice, has since been taken off so that was disappointing. Returned two weeks later at 20.3 for a drink before stansted flight and the whole bar was shut, despite website saying open til 22.30.

This is a terrible restaurant. The tables, floor and menus are sticky and unwiped. The service was fairly fast (ordering at the bar) but when delivered the order was wrong. When the server delivered a plate of food it skidded off the plate onto the table, and she just said 'sorry' and let my daughter clear it up for herself. Fairly grim. I'd strongly recommend bringing your own food and eating in the terminal waiting area rather than here.

Very overpriced and mostly very unfriendly staff, the food servers especially. One bar man who has been there years is an exception, he is always lovely. Food, while very expensive was very tasty.

Not a pleasant plate of raw food potatoes didn't even see a pan (white and hard)mushrooms like leather and tomato hard as a brick, eggs ok and wilted cress very poor, however the waitress was lovely and so apologetic.
